SS14 - Item Spotlight - Modular Grenades

I am going to get science to give me some space cleaner grenades. Sometimes you just gotta get a mess sorted fast and explosively.

What you can also do if you're feeling absolutely DEVELISH is putting tricordrazine and water in a beaker and inaprovaline and fluorosucfactant in another then DETONATE it at the HOSPITAL to INDISCRIMINATLY save the lives of the WOUNDED.

You can turn sulfuric acid into polytrinic acid, then put it in a smoke bomb. It does 8 damage per unit if you’re just in it, and even more if you breathe it in. You could also add licoxine to make people get stunned in it.

For anyone wondering the ingredients for smoke are potassium + phosphorus + sugar, whenever a grenade detonates it just mixes the two beakers together.

Alright since you aren't going to tell people, I WILL! 1) Thermobaric grenades: 50 sulphuric acid, 50 phosphorus, and 50 plasma. Throw in a lit lighter and watch as the room gets turned into a pressure cooker. 2) The lava lamp: 50 Fluorosurfactant, 50 water, 50 Licoxide, and 50 space drugs. 3) Smashed gas: 50 dylovene, 50 potassium, 50 sugar, 50 phosphorus. I have a feeling this one will get nerfed soon. 4) Decoration bomb: 50 phosphorus, 50 potassium, 50 sugar, 50 Carpetium. This one's actually harmless and makes for a good party trick. 5) Spicy wind: Like above but replace carpetium with Capsaicin Oil. 6) The clown's smoke bomb: basically a smoke grenade with 50u of pax. A substance that I don't see a lot of people use, which sucks cuz it locks harm mode. Perfect for clowns that throw one too many peals at sec.

Once as a science guy, I tried to do a grenade for killing hop that triggers when they say "Next" or "Stamp" and hid it in a plant right at his window. All I can say that, they were incredibly confused when it exploded :p Also a good recipe for a modular grenade is: Making the grenade smoke when detonated, ipecac, potassium and water. I think the recipe was like this. So whoever enters the smoke, vomits potassium and water at the same time and is like exploding constantly all the time! So even if you run away, you'll still explode and eventually die!

I play alot of science and chemist, so i also have alot of recipes, some are to deadly to tell her... Since i recreated almost a Minibomb (work in progress) by now called the "Geneva Suggestion". ^^ But one of my favorit is my sleeping grenade, a classic. Her is the recipe: 1.Beaker: 50u Dylovene 15u Sugar 35u Chloral Hydrate 2.Beaker: 15u Potassium 15u Phosphorus 70u Chloral Hydrate If you dont wear any kind of gasmask or breathing mask it will put you to sleep the moment you touch the smoke, also it's almost perfectly balanced so you only have 1-5 poison damage after you wake up. Also you can't wake up for about 3-4 minutes.

ok ngl but i may have just made one of those mentioned disgusting death bombs but its the recipe from the start but with larger proportions in bluespace beakers, it deals combined 400 damage if you revive the person, yes it manages to kill the person again if not treated if the person doesnt leave the smoke

Man I really like how poison gas is a lot more threatening in this, and metal foam+acid just seems like a really cool combo to seal away it's victims in a metallic tomb.

NB: In IRL chem, sodium has a markedly intense reaction with water. In fact, sodium just hates not exploding in its pure form. I'm honestly surprised that magnesium isn't a chemical in the dispenser. FYI if you don't know/remember, magnesium burns VERY brightly when ignited, and can leave marks on your vision easily.

They made the iron foam grenade smaller because of shitters

I’m a little sad now cause I’ve been trying this for myself and the smoke no longer damage people. My disappointment when trying a lexorin nade was immeasurable.
