SS14 - Nukie Spectating - Round 25 (Borg-Ops)

Hi! I was Stingtrap, the medic agent! The round was so intense to be apart of but also really fun. The war announcement was "har har har har har har har har har har", and our theming was five nights at Freddy's (five nights at syndies) Bite(fight) of 87 and connection terminated were names I helped come up with :3c Some other things that happened: -I kept getting separated because they kept running off without me, thankfully my pAI was the GOAT and got me back to the group every time and I never interacted with a crew by myself (which is good, I had no weapon, I forgot to buy one I invested in buying shadow feddy) -One operator was crit and wouldn't heal so I kept panic injecting him with Ephedrine (because I'm dyslexic and thought it was Epinephrine) and Omni, I did save him despite the team giving up on him, I got the tank off because it was suffocating him and switched it with my emergency 02 tank. >I stole 2 Pais from the ground, one I kept with me and the other requested to be free so I tossed it to push forward in space when my boots had no fuel/just didn't work I survived the bomb, Operator Mike came back for me and was pulling me in space to try to get to the ship before the commander left, though we did get a nice view of our work

Oh!! This was a great round to spectate as. It wasn’t shown in the video but there was a moment in the library where the agent kept injecting a downed nukie with ephedrine instead of epinephrine and all of the ghosts were loosing it haha.

7:48 now class, this is what we call "enfilading fire", which is basically when you are shooting down your enemy in a straight line as shown. evidently, it is very effective

"nukie is a bad gamemode" people when they see a glorious game like this.

I think that they should make dwarfs able to move through those small gaps

I was the Connection Terminated borg (red and yellow jester hat) This was a very fun and brutal round with lots of epic fighting from both sides. Felt like a proper war ops. Also my first time getting to play assault borg. Yes infinite L6 is as awesome as it sounds. Also triple borg ops is fun

On goobstation a while ago (dont remember the round) we had crawlops (since crawling is on goob) and we all went L6, since crawling lets you be shot over, unless aimed directly at, it was kinda busted to have four/five L6s turn anything in the hall into swiss cheese. Though near the end it turned into generally normal tight end with a nukie victory

You should check out medical during nuke ops more often. How efficently theyre working and their chem situation can really change how a match goes. whether chem can keep up with the punc and dex demand, whether paras know how to get corpses from the front line without being shot themself, and how fast doctors work can be life or death. I'd say a good medical team can double or even triple the potential of the stations sec team, keeping them coming back from death over and over to keep attacking.

I was the Animatronic Technician, this whole fight was amazing both ways round. You missed a part when I was getting injected with meth while I was downed instead of epi. It was amazing😂. TBH it was like 15+ minutes though😅. Great video though!

i spectated this round and was astounded by how good a fight was put up by both sides, nukies worked great together and crew put up a hell of a fight! it was great fun to watch

Hey I was in this one! I was the engineer borg Makeshifter, and then once I got blown up, I got put into the default chassis as Sonny! This was an awesome round lmao. The syndi PAI called my art bad because I had the Artist Ion laws and was beating up nukies because they had smeared blood all over my canvas (the station).

I think SS14 needs ion weapons like in SS13, because otherwise borgs have free reign (also damaged borgs have a slowdown and can't access as many modules)

0:10 my main server is salamander, this is because the players there are generally more mechanically robust so to reliably win your only two tactics really are blitz or overwhelming force

Finally after so long seeing a round I tried so much in to keep the captain alive. I stuck like glue to them but fell over as all others did... GG

It's a pity how everyone forgot that a single flash can solo a borg

As a SS13 player this is like watching someone get hyped over checkers.

I know its a wierd thing to say in this vid but nukie borgs needs some form of armor, in my experience they are glass cannons that can end on the hands of unrobust players and get killed in the first mins of a warops

This really goes to show that the Sec really needs a buff. Sec shouldn't have to rely on the entire crew and cargo buying a ton of guns and science printing lasers just to stand a chance against a nukie team. Great video as always though! This was an interesting one
