Emergency reconstruction of Ssaaka Bridge in Kaliro nears completion after heavy rains and the subsequent flooding of River Mpologoma washed it away in 2021. Originally slated for earlier completion, the project faced delays due to the mismanagement of 6 billion shillings by the initial contractor.
