If I may remind you here We lost the former Minister for internal affairs General Aronda when he was denied of treatment in Korea and his excellence the president of Uganda seemed not be happy at all.

Make good hospitals for all of us and let MP's treat themselves with high salary they decided for themselves or die like us if they like. The speaker's reply to Hon Ssemuju's submission clearly shows a selfish minded beneficiary from the first family forgetting that that seat once had a reputable Jacob Oulanya whose dark days came jokingly the way he thinks. Of what benefits is a moving toilet to suffering Ugandans? What man sows is what man reaps.
Maybe it is the hidden intention. Otherwise at the speed Ssegirinya was progressing with medical facilities for his constituents, by now he could have got such treatment and facility that can cover even what he could be going through but they decided to curtail his works by arresting him for such a long time over nothing.
Sometimes how deputy's speaker of current Uganda parliament responses and reactions to matters interjected views gives my the question of his quality as per speaker's standard

Caravans are for special outings like camping, open field holidays etc but M7 toilet is specifically for poo and wee normally on the his convoy every where he goes. Now the son is using it also. Have you ever seen a so called caravan on your president's convoy where you live?
