Man, imagine if this is what we got instead of Majin Buu coming around. We got the chance to see the Saiyans fight each other. Father-son battles and best friends. I can only imagine how those fights would be seen in the eyes of the audience. The only other time they saw something like that was during the earlier days of the World Martial Arts Tournament.

Vegetas short monologue on Gohan was brilliantly done. Im a huge Gohan fan and hes 100% right. I get that he wanted to pursue his scholarship and make himself a career man but when Goku died during the Cell Games (especially because of Gohan's failure to finish Cell off sooner) he should have devoted more time into keeping his fighting prowess sharp. Spend a couple hours real time a day in the HTC (which would come out to a few weeks or couple months inside the chamber) to just work out and maintain his base. Couldve been on par with Goku and Vegeta by the time the Buu Saga came around.
