How dare they! I would not be surprised if they kept pushing the story back until the game died due to bad management. If that does happen and the game ends without an end to the story then we should gather dedicated artists that also share the love of SSO to create fan art so at least the story will have closure. We should make a plan B because I trust Star Stable's management team as much as I trust Dark Core.
Eleanor, will you talk a little bit about what the NPC’s said in the dialogues on the party? I think some of them could potentially be quite interesting and I’d like to hear your point of view on them 👀
The most interesting dialogue in my opinion is the dialogue between Herman and Alex where (I think) Alex mentions Herman's Claymore castle. And who played Star Stable Autumn and Summer Riders, knows this castle. The thing is - the Claymore castle was at the north jorvik. Far, far beyond Dino and Winter Valley. So, unless sso team decides to put the castle into the Winter Valley, we won't see the Claymore castle anytime soon. And - with sso pace in adding story or side quests and new areas - it could take at least 5 - 10 years, assuming they won't "waste time" with updating the existing map. Which is still a thing, since the Jarlaheim, buldings in Jorvik Stables, Crescent moon Village, New Hillcres and Cape West Fishing Village, trees in Hollow woods and Hermit place still needs a sort of upgrade like the Silverglade village. And how long is the update going? For almost 3 years (around 18th of November 2018 was the first update) and it still isn't finished. So - with assuming that the team won't do an update of the whole map again in 10 years or so, we COULD get closer to north or east.
I really liked the dialogue between Anne and Fripp. How Anne was already attuned more to pandoria, which is why she came first to him. How her conscience is just balancing the different paces of time in different dimensions which is why she experiences time werid sometimes. I sort of get that irl, sometimes it feels like spent a lot of time on something while it actually wasn't really that long and sometimes I feel like it's only been a short time but then it's already been much longer, it's really interesting. Ofcourse it also much depends on what your'e doing, how much you are distracted or interested.
Hello, Eleanor! I've recently made a theory that I think no one has thought about (At least I think). This theory is pretty much around Garnok and his true form. So, here is what I have so far; Starshine Legacy gives us some pretty good info on Garnok on the last EP. When it starts with Alex, having more work to do than ever. She figures out that Buck is going to "try" to beat up James. As she gets to Buck and James, Katja arrives when she challenges Alex to a race. Of course, Alex makes the bet and they leave each other alone. (I don't know if I'm going in order, ignore that-) Skipping ahead, Katja cheats and ends up giving a kiss to James to control him. Seeing that he was gone the next day, Linda showed Alex what happened to James through her moon powers. Katja tells her that she must give up Tin-Can to her for James. This would all go down at Devil's Gap. Once again, we're skipping ahead to when Linda finds two pictures of Garnok. Garnok is shown with a hockey stick that he is holding up, the soul riders trying to attack. Buck has a hockey stick, meaning he has some relation to Garnok. In the Wiki, it is said that Katja is his sister or side-kick (I don't know, I forgot), which means that he might have some relation to Dark Core. What leads me to Buck being Garnok with him in Epona? Well, Garnok is stated to be trapped in Pandoria, making sense since he showed up with his tentacles, almost killing the player off. Also, Concorde had his soul trapped in Pandoria, forcing Anne to go get her Concorde back in Starshine Legacy. So, with all that in mind, Buck could have two souls, one normal, one of Garnok. Dark Core might be trying to release this second soul of his, probably what "freeing Garnok" means. That's pretty much what I got from a lot of this, honestly just was bored when finding this info :'). I know it probably isn't the best, but it's fine for now. Just really wanted to hear thoughts on this theory for some feedback on how I can fix it up :) Thanks for reading! -April Castlefrog/ Ash SSO (Also, I want to see if SSO can give us the choice of the sides. Just a random thought to add onto everything AHA Just adding AGAIN that this was an amazing theory and I could see this happening. Keep up the good work!) Edit again: Just forgot that you made this kind of theory in another video :') I'm probably just adding onto it a bit more, so I hope you don't mind the mix up/ mistake that I fixed. I'll stop editing this one comment now to make the small changes AHA
Wait wha-this now came to my mind: What if Rosalinda never died? What if Mr Sands has been lied on?: Well, who is an elderly person that we know? Whom do we not know much about? Which person is referred to as a witch, due to her magic abilities? Who helps the Soulriders and whom's first name isn't known? Mrs Holdsworth.- But thats just something to think about ;)
My god what if ydris is Garnok ! Makes sense as Garnok appeared in the circus. Ydris (Garnok) is biding his time gaining our trust as he is starting to become included in our quest as a soul rider.
Great theory! I think Rosalinda was a soulrider of the moon, She had powers so maybe she was seen as a witch. Her name is Rosa LINDA and Linda said she would have liked to meet her because they have similarity. Linda is also the one where they hint through about her story and she is the one who said a few times (also in pandoria when we where about to save Anne) that she does not believe the world is that black and white to everyone of darkcore being only pure Evil or something like that. I also think that Darko wants to take over dark core because he said mr Sands is a relic and he is the real strong one, He wants to lead i think. If mr Sands would be turned around they still have Darko. Maybe Linda will be the one coming up with the idea of finding out more about Rosalinda, Im curious how this will go. Maybe its also possible that the light ceremony is something we are going to try and it does not work so we have to think of something else.
To be completly honest I have lost interest in sso. The only reason I still long on is to do quest and to look through theories and see if they are true. You seriously are the best theory time RU-vidr and you are keeping everyone updated. I have been following you for a long time I may have been one of the few hundred or thousand first people to. I love the videos and seriously they are interesting. I gave up on sso so I play Minecraft while listening to the video and it is calming, and interesting. Thank you for being an amazing RU-vidr!
This is an amazing theory and i love it, I also have a tiny theory. So we all know the fridge door theory (I have it written my own twist on it down and i believe i have put it in your discord) and i think we are going to use the fridge doors to get to garnok, the pit-lake in mystic valley is where the last fridge door is. I think we are al, going to go to a different door, us at the one in mystic valley of course, and each of use will go and break our door (Like how we destroyed the seals in ssl) and those hatches could be how garnok is staying alive. Then there will be some epic cutscene or something and then there will be a long text (kinda like the opening thing) explaining the end of garnet etc. Then when the text ends we find ourselves on our starters in starter gear at the starter spot with a button called “End game” or something.
Oh no, financial crisis, but yes Bonny can save Dark Core. :-D You made very interesting theory. But I was very confused at first. I saw in video apologize about audio. And I didn't hear anything! I was think whaaat? Garnok deleted her audio and we will never hear this theory! And then I realised I had sound turn off... :-D
I’m not gonna dive into exactly how I think the final battle against Garnok would work in my headcannon (as it’s quite complicated), but I’m going to summarize it. Assuming that we, the fifth soulrider, is Aideen’s “child” (relative, reincarnation, etc), and we can control all four of the Soul Rider’s elements, I’d assume we would have to do something with Aideen’s Harp, singing a song while playing the harp and using Aideen’s light against Garnok. Adding up with some other stuff, such as instruments for each other Soul Rider to use in battle that would match their purpose (maybe following the theory of Jon Jarl’s tomb and the tools hidden there). For example: Alex would have a weapon, since she’s the warrior; Linda would have a ancient book with some old ritual or something, etc. My theory revolves around a official song released by Folk’ Avant called Jorvik Lullaby. The lyrics, the whole vibe to the song, etc resembles to me as something Aideen herself or her descendant (us) would sing while playing the harp (or maybe it would actually be Lisa to sing since that’s her power, but idk).
This makes a lot more sense if you really think about it. Its kinda like Harry Potter defeating Voldemort with his friends, and about the bonny part its a really smart plan to say. And if we would defeat garnok there WILL be someone more eveil that garnok. Love ur vids❤️
I’m tempted to learn how to make games and make a completely new free to play game based on this entire story. I want to know how it ends and I want to be able to play it. I already kind of know how to make 3D models (kind of). Everything in that game wouldn’t be canon but it would be a complete and more satisfying story than the one in SSO
Wait. HOLD UP! I've never known about Rosalinda or anything about Mr.Sands tragic backstory. I thought he was simply evil and had no idea as to why they made him so. Where can one find this information??? This changes my whole view on him!!
@@Levongrova ok, so this is gonna be A LOT of text so, beware lol. So basically Linda breaks into Pine Hill Mansion and walks into Mr Sands' study, which is where she finds his diary with all his super old entries in it from 1800's or something. She reads some of it and and comes to the point where he mentions Rosalinda. He writes that she had become seriously ill because these people called the Sixth Hammer tried her for witchcraft and threw her into icy water to see if she would float. The entry after that, Mr sands says that she had finally died from the illness, and so he had to attend her funeral. That is the moment he starts to hear Garnok's voice for the first time. Garnok told him that he would grant him eternal life if he freed him, and that he would reunite him with Rosalinda once the deed was done. Of course, Mr Sands agreed to do Garnok's bidding, and he slowly descending into utter madness after it; becoming the monster we see today. Hopefully that makes enough sense as I don't have the book with me at the moment!
@@ganonsimp1368 I feel so bad for Rosalinda. I wish they could reunite, like that she either came back to life or they meet in the afterlife or something. Yes I'm a hopeless romantic 😂 thank you so much for telling me about this!! I sympathize with Mr.Sands character after knowing why he became what he is today. It's truly sad. I hope they redeem him even if that means that he sacrifices himself to save the world/jorvik. Again thanks for taking the time to reply. Hope you have an awesome weekend!
@@Levongrova I agree, she really didn't deserve it. Mr Sands thinks that she will be resurrected and will live with him forever, but I honestly feel like the reunion Garnok promised was that he would kill Mr Sands after he is free. I hope you have a great weekend as well!!
I want SSO to finish these quests I’m fine if it “Ended” but it stayed up just not gotten updated so we can still play with friends we don’t know anywhere else
I love this theory, but I kinda disagree with what you said about Dark Core shutting down and being remade after Mr Sands' death. Remember Darko? It has already been made known in the story quests that he wants to overthrow Mr Sands, and if he is still alive after Sands death he could very well take over and be the new leader of Dark Core. If this comes off as mean, I'm so sorry, I don't mean it that way!
I kinda think he's gonna go down along with the Dark Riders, if he is alive at all (he fell off the bridge ro Pandoria, so we don't know for sure if he's still alive. I think he is, but you never know 🤷♀️)
I don't think that there would be a massive unemployment rate in Jorvik after dark core crashes, if it does. Besides the fact that this game is unrealistic and would just ignore the workers, in the recent quests with Bonnie she says something about how the workers were like clones or robots. I can't remember the exact words, but they didn't seem to be described as real people. Not most of them anyway. I might be remembering wrong and obviously there were real workers like Big Bonny and Lisa's dad, but yeah, I don't think it'll get repurposed. The rest of the theory sounds like a cool way of it ending, and hopefully they will end the story properly before the games about to die!
can we let sso theorists work at sso please becasue thei ideas make sence and are so well scripted and planned!, will do a better job that sso in a shorter time with theorists too!
I have a theory to share, idk if it makes any sense but it might. So pretty much, my friends were messing around in that weird house thing underneath the streets jarl which my friends and I refer to as "The Maze" well, somehow my friend accidently glitches into Garnoks Gap or whatever it's called I forget, and my friends got chased by some weird thing we call "Bat Dog" and at the Halloween event we saw Jarl flooded, garnok lose, and what looked like the dark riders "sacrificing" a horse. So what if, the dark riders DID manage to free garnok at some point, but they needed to like sacrifice the most powerful soul horse to do so. And they frees garnok and the attacked jorvik and flooded it, but the soul riders pretty much saved jorvik and locked garnot away again in the garnoks gap thingy or whatever it is called and the "bat dog" thing guarding him?
OMG I've just noticed that your log books include druid lore and Evergray's travels. What level of bribery would be required to get you to share those?? #DesperateToKnowMore
Sso should get ANOTHER new developer who can fix something... because I want teh storyline to fit players views and not their NEW views that dont match up with the og story. I'll never stop playing sso, but still, if they can do that then it'll make me happy.
So i am olaying sso rn and i went to the silverglade manor, by the stbales where the benches are there is a newspapper about anne missing. I dont want to spoil anything for u just finding it intresting🤔
Two things one what does it mean the story dies 2 what is that game not star stable but the game like in the video or like the sisterhood was talking not star stable please answer me I am a huge fan
When I say that the story/game dies, I mean that it will be shut down at some point in the future. As for the footage of the sisterhood, it's from "Star Stable: The Story Of Jorvik", which is a video on SSO'S channel
Interesting very interesting but big bonnie being a badie isn't a bit far fetched I mean big bonnie helped us through the bad times I think SSO has to someone very dark hearted person I can't think who
Yes, but that's exactly what I mean - Dark Core won't be a bad company anymore after Garnok is defeated and Mr. Sands is dead. I imagine Big Bonny taking over and turning it into something positive - whoch, now that I think about it, also fits after the whole recycling thing wr have with her! Instead of drilling for oil, she'll come up with a different idea for a sustainavle business! 😊
