SSX 3 - Intimidator Tube Skip Tutorial 

To be honest I have no idea. I just recorded it from in game with all other sounds turned off.

As far as I know, they're mixes of full sound tracks specifically designed for the game. Hold the tweak trick button. Like, on Xbox you press Left Trigger to tweak a trick, so press lt on a rail to foot surf

Banned from what? If you mean in speedruns then no. Worth noting though that this skip is not allowed in clean runs.
