As the chicks flourish and become more alert each day that passes, the parents supply an abundance of quarry. From what we can make out, we’re thinking the black webbed footed meal that the tiercel peregrine delivers, is possibly a dabchick (grebe). Please comment below with your thoughts. The parents are winning a meddle for one of scruffiest nest site and the clumsiest mum. But on a serious note. The parents are doing a fine job. And now the female is struggling to brood the 3 chicks as they pile the weight on and grow rapidly. Everything is on track and it won’t be long till the feathers will start to show through the down and pin through. Updates as they come.
