Apologies for the lack of uploads lately, but I'm coming to the end of my degree now and have just a couple more exams to go. I'm avoiding revision by editing and uploading this video; another one from Easter Monday.
Claverdon bells were alright, nothing special. The method is St Clement's College Bob Minor, which is good until you forget how many dodges you've done on the front (3 in Minor, 5 in Major etc...). It's similar to St Simon's (which is this on odd numbers), and a whole load of other methods in both odd and even numbered variations. It confuses learners due to the order of the dodges being the reverse to the order in Plain Bob and with places in thirds in between each dodge. When rung well, I rather like it, but it isn't rung much round here unfortunately. Ah well... I'm leaving Nottingham soon. But before I move away from the city for good there are three towers I need to get on film that I still haven't managed to after three years of living here! But you'll have to wait for them, though I'm due to film them within a week of this upload. Guess where in the comments below if you fancy :-P
