Same here MnOutback37. It's like death & taxes it's just inevitable for St Cloud driving.

Dude, you ran that red light straight up! You weren’t even close to making it!

He would've ran the light if that truck wasn't in the intersection. But the light was "straight" green in the video. Watch again and you'll see that the front tires touched the crosswalk as the light turned green.

mncarguy if you would have kept at your same speed and the vehicle wasn’t there you would have ran the light. And, you “straight” up ran the light by passing the limit line when the traffic light was red!

It's getting alot worse I literally moved out of st cloud because so many from (another country) speed cut people off talk on their phones do whatever they want and never get pulled over. Drive on 23 from cold spring to st cloud ONCE and I bet money u see at least 10 people acting like they can't drive and a few (out of country people) go 99 cutting u off etc. And don't get stopped either.
