eh i know aesthetic doesn't do anything to performance but i really wish you kept the cork handle, gonna have to snag an older model before they go away

The croix panfish version is the exact same rod just different color and it has the cork

I got one of these 5'4 UL rods, had it for about a week before I broke it. Most sensitive rod I've ever felt. Can't find another around.

Shawn Eldridge I myself have a 1000 nasci reel and a trout series 2022 6’,9” rod spooled with 4lb braid forgot which brand braid but I do remember it was a higher end line with super thin diameter! Good luck hope you find this set up to youre likings

We recommend any 800 to 1000 size reel with certain manufacturers a small body 1500 size reel will not over balance this model.

I stopped buying because you no longer make 2 piece rods. I know there are shortfalls but for me, 2 piece are worth it.

There are more two piece rods in this series than 1 piece. There are also three piece rods. And in nearly every series there is multiple piece rods…

Look into the 2 piece split cork, I have had mine for 4 months and just amazing!!!! 6'6 LIGHT and have landed over 80 trout and is my new favorite trout rod!! It is a necessity for a 2 piece for me as I travel through the woods and needs to fit in my vehicle...
