St. Louis Style Side Ribs on The Pit Boss Pro Series 1150
Preheat smoker to 225°
Season ribs with your favorite rub and let them sit for approximately 20 mins.
Place racks of ribs on the grates, spritz with 1/3 apple cider vinegar and 2/3 apple juice every hour until the 4th hour of cooking. after 5 hours, apply your BBQ sauce of choice (I used Sweet Baby Rays) and cook for 1 more hour.
