Hi, Happy anniversary to you guys. My wife and I have been to Saint Maarten eight times. We are returning to Saint Maarten in May 2024 for the ninth time. We go to Saint Maarten twice a year, we call Saint Maarten our second home. We stay at Simpson Bay! Hope you guys had a wonderful vacation. The Buccaneers is our spot and Roxxy"s!

I'm from Mississippi. St Martin is only about.3.5 hour flight from Atlanta so very close. My wife and I went with friends a few years ago and we have gone back about every 6-9 months since. The seaweed is mostly on the east side, but never too bad. Orient Bay is a great place to stay with tons of very good restaurants in the Village. Great Hiking around the Island. Hike from Lotterie Farm to Pic Paradise, the highest spot on the island. A 1200 ft elevation gain in about 3/4 o a mile. Challenging.
