SHAMROCK
- 45ml / 1.5oz Jameson Whiskey
- 45ml / 1.5oz Dry Vermouth
- 15ml / 1/2oz Green Chartreuse
- 25ml / 5/6oz Creme de Mente Liqueur
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
IRISH FLAG
- 15ml / 1/2oz Creme de Mente Liqueur
- 15ml / 1/2oz Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
- 15ml / 1/2oz Grand Marnier Liqueur
Layer in a shot glass using a bar spoon or the back of a bar spoon muddler.
IRISH MAID
- 2 Slices of Fresh Cucumber (0.5cm each)
- 60ml / 2oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
- 15ml / 1/2oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 10ml / 1/3oz Simple Sugar Syrup
- 20ml / 2/3oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake with ice and double strain over ice into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh cucumber.
