This looks extremely refreshing. Fresh pineapple juice is a bit time-consuming but the difference in flavor is HUGE. I will try to try this one during the summer. Thanks Georgi for this great recipe. Cheers!
Thank you, my friend. Once you get a juicer, making the pineapple juice is so quick. And you can use it for any fruit or veg. I hope you got to try this recipe. It's worth the effort.
Oh yes. I love hearing that it's one of the best cocktails around. To be honest, a juicer is not that expensive, and you can use it all the time. I use mine a few times a week for me or the kids' juices.
Ohh, Thyme is fantastic in tropical or sour drinks. I use it for my Thymless Rita, a version of Margarita where i infuse my Oleo with Thyme. Delicious.
@@curtisbannerman2934 you can use Monin, but it will change the cocktail completely. No salt and it will be more sweeter than using lacto fermented syrup. Give it a try and maybe adjust the amount of Monin you using. Enjoy!
Oh wow!! This beauty looks so delicious Giorgi! Yummm! Hey your trip sounds wonderful! Congratulations to your daughter! Thanks for this amazing cocktail! I am making this beauty this weekend. In the warm weather this will be perfect! Lacto fermentation is so fascinating! Cheers! 🙂
Thank you. You need to make the lacto-fermented syrup. It takes a week to make it, but it is worth every drop. Trust me. The syrup brings so much complexity to the cocktail. It's amazing.
Georgi! Great looking drink, and I'm sure it's delicious! My question ... does the Vegg White add body and mouthfeel as well as foam, or only foam? Thanks from Northern California.
Thank you. The Vegg White is thinner than the egg white, which works better in this cocktail as it keeps it light. In general, it has less body compared to egg white.
GEORGI!!! Fantastic looking cocktail!!! I cain wait to try this!! Johnny Cash is def my favorite country singer!!! I think ill work on a sipper to celebrate him!! CHEERS to you my brother!!
Hi. You can multiply the specks from the recipe in the description. For example: WHITE SANGRIA - five pitchers 5 x 60ml / 2oz Avalen Calvados (or apple brandy) 5 x 30ml / 1oz Elderflower Liqueur 5 Lemons 5 Green Apples 2 1/2 Mango (or use frozen mango cubes) 5 x bottles of Italian White Wine I hope this helps 🧡
"Lemonade" to me is a term that basically means any kind of soft drink. Please be more specific, because this cocktail sounds peachy... (pun intended). I was kinda hoping you would ask us what our favorite country song is, because I do have some favorites (as my ex was a line dance instructor here in Finland).
I am so used to calling lemonade here in the UK that I keep forgetting the real meaning of lemonade. In Bulgaria, it is yellow 😂 I should've asked. Damm, i am losing my mind. It was tasting the waters video, and I really want to get cocktails and country to become a thing.
Good to see you again! Really want to try this but….need more info on lemonade you use & a substitute. May not be able to find it in rural Texas. Glad to hear you like country music. On the not-Nashville outlaw side… check out Ray Wylie Hubbard (Bad Trick) & James McMurtry. Both fabulous songwriters!
Hey. Lemonade I use is only in the UK. Use sprite, 7up or fever tree lemonade. Whatever is available to you. I’ll be checking those guys for sure. Got them in my Spotify to listen to later on after work 😉🧡
The point is that you consume quality and don't put bad ingredients in your body. And let's face it. Calvados, St Germain and a good bottle of wine are not that expensive. However, everyone chooses what to drink and how much to spend. I can only offer ideas and suggestions.
Wasn't a huge fan of the raisin notes since I typically enjoy more citrus forward brandies (armangac, pisco) but its awesome to learn more about it! Great vid 👍
Thanks for sharing! I am glad you enjoyed the video. Raisins could tricky flavour. I often get guests in the bar I work that say to me they are not big fan of raisins. Pisco and Armagnac are great sips, and I love the pisco so much that I have the full one. Barsol Pisco line at my house.
I am glad you learned a lot. Yes, tutorials sometimes can take more time than a real-life scenario. In reality, i can wipe all these cocktails in under 5 minutes 😄
Not hard to make. You can even try with elderflower cordial and cold-pressed apple juice. The Bramley apple is essential as its tart and has acidity so you don't need lemon juice.
Sounds good. When you say Elderflower & Bramley Apple Cordial, do you mean cordial (Like Roses Lime Cordial which needs water added) or pressed juice as in fresh juice?
Yes. Exactly kike lime and rise cordial. It's a beautiful combo of sweetness and acidity from the Bramley apple. This is why i don't use any citrus in this cocktail.
It's time for another cocktail from my archive. The Northside became my most popular and requested cocktail in the bar I manage, so it must be good. 😄Cheers, my friends!
