Join me for a tour of some of the best neighborhoods in the Twin Cities as we tour the St. Paul Neighborhoods of Summit Hill, Macalester-Groveland, and Highland Park. Along the way, we'll drive down historic Summit Avenue past the Governer's Mansion and the former homes of famous Minnesotans including F. Scott Fitzgerald and James J. Hill.
Our driving tour of Saint Paul will also take us past the Cathedral of Saint Paul, the bars and restaurants of Selby-Dale, the shops of Grand Avenue, the Ford-Cleveland retail district, and finally, we'll get a look at the past, present, and future of the former Ford Motor Plant in Highland Park.
The sun is out, the top is down, so hop on in and join me for a fun tour of these top Saint Paul Neighborhoods!

My first official job was at the St.Clair Broiler at the corner of Snelling and St.Clair. I also lived on the corner of Grand Ave and Chatsworth!

When I was living on Summit Ave back in the 60s -70s the law school was Our Lady of Peace Catholic girls school. I lived at 312 Summit which was built in 1858. The James Hill house, just down the street from me, contains about 45,000 sf, of which 37,000 is living space.

Destination Twin Cities. You'll definitely want to avoid the South Snelling Neighborhood especially the 400 block! Like throughout the cities and suburbs of the country "WHITE FLIGHT"!

Sam Rozell: I always hear this kind of music when I call Verizon Cellular Service and wait for a representative for up to 2 hours. I'm sure dissatisfied with my phone service!

I noticed you totally avoided the South Snelling Avenue Neighborhood. I think it went downhill especially in the 400 block. I think most likely White Flight like so many cities in every state in the country and even foreign countries too.
