About 10 miles to the west of the site of a deadly shooting Tuesday, there are crime concerns in another part of Saint Paul. As Kirsten Mitchell reports, business owners and neighbors are asking for solutions.

There will always be crime. Even when the Republicans controlled the Country. You need to secure your property. Don't have windows on a repair shop or bar them. There has been thieves since Moses walked the Earth. It is not the taxpayers responsibility to improve the security of your business. You are not going to jail your way out of thievery.
Secure your property. Why are your windows breakable? Brick them over or screen them. It isnt the taxpayers problem. It is a land owner problem. Your business is a sitting duck.

@@TristaRadermacher Moses said "Thou Shall Not Steal" 6,000 years ago. For over 6,000 years, people have been stealing. You ain't going to jail your way out of a tradition. . Arresting is not preventing. As a property owner. It is your responsibility to have solid windows and doors.
