No short video could ever capture it all, but just wanted to add that things happen here after the sun goes down too, if you're interested in nightlife. ; )
I live in Orlando but always spend time in St Petersburg and it's beaches. The art scene is incredible. Check out the 2nd Saturday Art Walks to get a good taste of the art scene there. Stop by Gulfport and enjoy its quaint ambiance. As for the beaches, Treasure Island and shopping/dining of John's Pass are top notch. You really cannot go wrong anywhere in the St.Pete area. There's a ton of history and adventure all year round.
@@anum3702 No but Florida is a very large and long state. The heat and humidity last longer the further South in the state you live. May to October is generally the hottest and most humid. We can still get temps of 90F or 32C in winter, but the humidity isn't as bad. Lastly the closer to water you live, the more daily humidity unless it's raining. Cheers!
Nicely done video! St. Pete has gone through an amazing transformation in the 30+ years I have lived here and this video barely touches on all the interesting things there are to do and see here. Apparently the "secret" has gotten out about what a great area this is to live and work in. I honestly could not imagine living anywhere else.
Thanks so much for your nice comment! Our photographer was really amazed at how beautiful St Pete/Clearwater is and how much there is to do there. He said it was one of his favorite shoots! We are glad you like our videos as much as we love making them :) Keep watching!
Love St.Pete so proud of my city.I live in Atlanta now but love raking my husband and kids to my home town.It is totally different now .I feel like a tourist when I just the area.
I want to move to St Pete. But I'm alone and alittle afraid to make the change I really need. I have a cleaning business and wonder how quick I would be able to pick up jobs. Any ideas or advice?
Love living and being an artist here. Murals by Derek Donnelly, Bask, Jennifer Kosharek, Michael Vahl, Vitale Brothers, just to name a few. Check these artists out!
4:03 "DANGER. DO NOT FEED OR MOLEST" the alligator. Never crossed my mind that someone attempted to molest the beast. Well there is always something new in Florida! 😂
this is a tourism channel not a history channel. it doesnt go into our history- which is very interesting. florida history in general is incredibly fascinating! Seminoles, Civil war, pirates and cowboys!!
Thanks very much Anthony, so glad you love our videos as much as we do! Our team of photographers are constantly traveling the world looking for great destinations, so you never know - keep watching :)

You’re welcome. Make a video for Tampa and in the future, and updated video on Miami and Orlando because there are new stuff in these cities now. In Miami sky rise Miami is coming soon which is a vertical amusement park at 990 feet and now Miami world center is going to open up, we now have Brickell City Centre. We now have Tidal Cove, a rival of Rapids in West Palm Beach.
Wow! Thanks for this video! Me and my dad got to watch it! I can’t wait to get there from when we fly from El Paso, TX to Austin, TX and from Austin, TX to Orlando, FL! A few days later, we’ll be driving there for about an hour to go snorkeling and alligator hunting! Thanks again for the video!
I feel it is important for any entity that produces promotional ads to sure the images reflect racial and ethnic and lifestyle diversity. This video is quizzically minus any indication that Saint Petersburg is a very diverse town. An updated version of this video is in order.
if you need new friends when you come, go to the Community Cafe which is near downtown. people are very friendly there and they have events every night. Everywhere I've been in St Pete people are welcoming and friendly and will talk to you.
Clipping. Some call it "The Burg", but most locals refer to the place as St. Pete which is different than St. Pete Beach, a few miles away to the west or southwest and a good place to take in the sunset.
