So everyone can be up to date (Sept, 2021)... Jack's Stands and Marketplaces (www.JackStands.com) has paid back the loans that we received. Jack's Stands has not been able to operate due to the pandemic and has not operated at local Colorado malls for the last 2 (coming up 3) holiday seasons. But I'm happy to announce that Jack's Stands has recently changed to a 501(3)c non-profit. I did this to work with schools and other non-profits that support youth entrepreneurship to keep on providing the great experiences that Jack's Stands offers to kids between 7-12 years of age. I hope to have Jack's Stands in your area in 2022! I'm currently 15, a H.S. Junior with great grades. I have started my second business (last year) called Teen Hustl (www.TeenHustl.com). Teen Hustl's mission is to bring back the opportunities that millions of teens had decades ago through newspaper delivery... paper routes. Teen Hustl hires local neighborhood teens to deliver Amazon, UPS, FedEx packages to customers in their neighborhood(s) "when they are home"! This eliminates package theft while making the last mile delivery eco-friendly with teens delivering on bikes and e-scooters. In select locations, Teen Hustl also deliveries local food from restaurants and convenience items from stores. Teen Hustl continues my journey to provide kids and now teens with the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship, business, work, develop social and life skills that will benefit all of us the rest of our lives. Thank you to everyone who has left positive, encouraging comments... it's greatly appreciated.
"Look, you're great. And I applaud you for what you've done, but..." *Proceeds to mercilessly roast their entire existence to the point where the person probably won't ever recover*
At his age he's already learning to handle a rejection that shatters grown adults, even without any form of harsh criticism, and he left that room with some great life advice. Though, I'm shocked his father actually let him do this and walk into $60,000 of debt before he's even hit puberty.
There is such a thing as growing up too fast. And that's precisely what this is. The kid lost a lot of the value of childhood long before he ever stepped foot in this room, and that's sad.
I was a kid always thinking of ways to own a company at that age too. I'm now 29 still working towards creating a company. Though, NOW, I actually have the knowledge and resources and time to do so seriously. So perhaps in the next 5 years, I'll have a store front and it will be reality. Often times, any given company you walk into wasn't JUST a 5 year planning period turned into some place real. It was an idea that evolved about 5,000 times over the course of 2 decades or more. Reason being is because passions are realized and defined and ideas for the company become more grounded around those passions
Riley J this kid still does what he does and he’s good at it, he runs 2 small businesses now. One being jacks stand and marketplace of course but he also runs a small good delivery business that has kids in scooters pick up and deliver food around the area using an app and gps system. Hes now 13.
He still said, "thank you" and nodded and gave a smile after the little discouragement face after the "I'm outs.". That's a strong lad and will be a strong man
I applaud his bravery and he took rejections pretty well despite almost crying. I could never do that when I was 10. Heard he's doing quite well right now with his 2 small businesses. I wish him well and hopefully a good person as well
He frankly DID have better business sense than most of the pitches. I'm pretty impressed by the caution taken by the shark who bit with the draw down plan.
From a lemonade stand? Jesus Christ, you see on TV and it convinces you that it's a wasted opportunity. You sir, are a fucking moron who should invest.
LoL what are the odds of that? Close to zero but I guess it can happen. Like you're really saying he's the next Warren Buffet? Are you locked in a mental institution? He can be rich sure, but to be one of the richest? LoL.
Ten year old kid: Develops good entrepreneur skills at a young age and receives a deal on Shark Tank. Ten year old me: Exploring storm sewers with friends, walk to McDonald's, and then we find someone over the age of 17 to help us get a rated M game from Gamestop. That kid is going places.
@@dranzerjetli5126 u a bitch. Just bescause he did things that regular 10 year old would do doesnt mean hes a normie. What if he later in life really had the mindset of an entreprenuer huh punk?
Nice thing to say about a 10 year old. That was 3 years ago, all cash loans have been paid back and I'm starting my second business TeenHustl.com which is a Doordash type service that is delivered by teenagers on e-scooters.
I saw an edited version on tik Tok and had to come make sure that it was edited. So glad they showed you respect in the actual video who ever edited that got me good I was crushed 🤣
This kid makes the hairs on my back/neck stand up! A+++++!!! When I was his age, I was thinking about the next 24 hrs of my life, not the next 10 years! I wish his much success!
Hi! If you're coming here from video that first appeared on World Star Hip Hop and now a number of other social channels the video is fake. It's been edited by combining multiple Shark Tank episodes and the Sharks were not at all mean to me, if fact just the opposite. They were great! I received an on air deal on Shark Tank of $50,000 loan from Chris Sacca. This was 3 years ago (November 2016). Update: It was a great experience and I've ran my business for now 5 years and am changing it to a non-profit to be able to reach out to other non-profits who support youth entrepreneurship and to reach more kids. It hasn't been easy, but kids have operated thousands of shifts at my locations at markets, events and malls and have learned about business and entrepreneurship. All monies loaned to me have been paid back. I've recently started my second business TeenHuslt.com, which is a DoorDash type of service that is delivered by teenagers on e-scooters to their local neighborhoods. All Teen Hustlrs have Go Pro cameras that live stream (for safety and quality control) to our cloud account, plus other things we provide to make sure they are monitored and safe. My mission is to help kids and teenagers (I'm 14 now) to have great opportunities in work, business and entrepreneurship; and to have a great learning experience and journey myself. I ask if this is important to you, please subscribe to my RU-vid channel (bit.ly/JacksStandsChannel) to follow my journey. I'll be live streaming Teen Hustl deliveries on my channel (which should be really cool) and creating other great content as I put much more time to sharing my story and journey; those of others in youth entrepreneurship. To be able to do this I need 500 more subscribers for 1000 to live stream! Thanks! Please check out a couple of videos that I'm proud of... My TEDx talk - Kids Can be Role Models bit.ly/KidsCanBeRoleModels 13-Year-Old World’s YOUNGEST Successful Entrepreneur?! bit.ly/2pr4aHJ Thanks, Jack
That’s awesome, don’t worry about the evil pigs who edited your video. They maybe just wanted to laugh or had bad experience with kids so they took out the anger by editing the video. Either way since you’re trying to help others, I’m sure most people won’t be mean to you
Them telling him wait till you're older is the reason why a lot pf people are broke right now and their dreams dead. If he has a good idea why tell him put his dreams on hold ? For what school ? School don't do Shiit but teach you to work for someone else. Kind of upsets me lowkey.
@@idontwannalive5386 education is supposed to teach you how to make money. If its not teaching you that it's pointless. That's why people go to college and come out and cant get jobs. Wtf is he going to learn if it's not business management. U have a business already if u teach him business management he has money and go learn things he doesn't need to know later in life. School system is a set up.
@@idontwannalive5386 there's billionaires that didn't even finish college. Lmao There's educated people with 4 year degrees that can't afford a place to live right now their education hasn't done shit for them at all. Let's not act ignorant. You gotta teach him the right stuff. I don't think you just tell him go to school. If that's my kid i teach him business management above all else. They basically telling him if this doesn't work go do something but I'm like damn if you like the kid idea support his shit.
“There’s millions of kids who may do the same thing” Didn’t he just say he also started his first business at 10? What about all the other kids doing the same thing with him?
I just looked up their stand and it appears that they buy in a 32 oz lemonade bottle and sell individual cups for $3. I know he's a kid, but damn I would feel ripped off being served a cup of pre-made lemonade instead of having it made fresh.
I wish this kid nothing but the best in his career, he has that mentality, his mind is in the right place and I hope he becomes someone big, in this day and age we need kids with this mentality instead of others who only worry about tiktok and all that crap of social media we need smart kids who will become our future world leaders
@@flexxnext1086 again his "grandpa" will probably pay for everthing, not to mention a kid getting into business at such a young age is amazing, but let me explain a little more(since it seems like you dont own your own business like this kid did even if it was just something to do with lemonade) Understanding the risks of a business, plus the do's and donts at his age like shittttt. But his "grandpa" probably doesn't know to much about business but his what ever you wanna say is gonna learn more about business than him which. If that was my kid, thats exactly what I'd want. Him to know more than me and be more experienced at such a young age but like you said different people different thoughts.
This kid is more mature than some 30 year olds I know. This vid and offer was also made 3 years ago (and has paid off ALL $50,000) and now hes employing a grub hub like service that employs teens that want jobs? This kid is something else!
All the people talking shit about to working 9 to 5 for the rest of their lives while this kid is probably already richer than them. Positive vibes to you Jack I am 19 and recently got into business and you inspire me little bro. Wish you the best. Keep it going.
