Stabilizer Setup & Unboxing 

Personaly i would use a trainer with levels and laser pointer. Since it has no stabs on it, you will see any even slightest torque you create with your hand.

Does it actually include the quick disconnect piece? I don't see that it's included on Lancaster's site

Stablizers help with pin drift at full draw when aiming at a target. The front stabilizer "Stablizes" Horizontal movement of the pin. (Bow wants to fall forward, so with no torque, the pin should move in a straighter line up and down as weight is added to the stab). The back stabilizer is meant to be adjusted to stabilize vertical movement of the pin. (The bow is balanced to not lean to the left or right, so you are able to hold the bow level without applying torque to the riser). Try taking all of your stabilizers off, nock an arrow, and aim at a 3" dot at 30 yards. Notice the pattern of your pins movement at full draw and if the bow is level or not, and the movement when you correct the bow to be level. Put a front stabilizer on, and notice the pattern of your pins movement at the same dot with the stabilizer on. You should have less left and right movement with the front stab, but equal or increased vertical movement as you try balance and level the bow as your floating on the target. Back bar and stabilizer helps with that, especially if you have a quiver full of heavy hunting arrows sitting on the opposite side. Its all preference and we should all practice without stabs to make sure our shooting fundamentals are sound and not covered up by the expensive, advanced gear
