Hi Lara how is it that you are the only trainer that has no music and talks the entire time that I can deal with. Your voice is so calming.

That is such a lovely comment, thank you Paula! I have thought of adding music and so many others comment that most of the music available out there they do not like! I hope I can continue to be calming for you :)

Jumping on the no music topic - I sometimes put Lara's videos on when I do chores/cooking because her voice is so calming and I laugh at her funny moments.

Completely agree with other comment about no music it is SOOOOOO refreshing!!!! Much calmer to do a workout this way. I'm from UK and we just dont get enough advice about not being afraid to move and excercise with osteoporosis its so helpful thank you and really motivating. I think that balance of not doing something that will cause further damage but making sure you are building up is so important and also it gives HOPE which is key to chronic condition for me Thanks Lucy x

Having hope is a strong emotion and can keep us happier and healthier in everything we do. Osteoporosis is not a diagnosis that means we should just shrivel up and get old. Instead it means we need to get active in healthy ways to keep our bodies strong and capable for many, many years to come! You are doing a great job!!

I will absolutely keep posting more stackable 10's and I will throw in some longer workouts as well just for variety :)
