I’m a wife, mother of two, and a certified Physical and Health Education high school teacher. Just like you, I make lunches, do laundry, go to work and drive kids around. I cheer at events and races, attend school concerts and plays, read bedtime stories, feed chickens and tend veggie gardens. I’m busy, you’re busy…we’re women, it’s what we do. And yet, somewhere in that hectic schedule we know we need to make time to keep ourselves fit and healthy.
At gosimpli.ca you’ll find workouts that are well designed, easy to follow and challenging yet rewarding to complete. I'm really glad I found this video. I've been recovering from a leg injury for months and needed to find something to help bring strength gently back into my leg. This is perfect 👌 thanks for offering this video ❤
This was my first time doing any kind of yoga.. You have such a calm and welcoming presence. Thank you for doing a seated version since my surgery foot is worn out at the moment, as I have walked so much today and rode my bike and I really needed this to relax tonight.
Hi There! This will work for me.. a 10 min or 15 min lower workout, Nice use of the chair, so I can actually watch and not for get where I am during an exercise. I have one question. Is 10 min. enough to make a difference in strength? would you recommend more time? My target is leg and lower back areas. Thank you!
I’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis and have been looking for channels geared towards exercises for same. I’m so glad I found your channel. You have the best challenging exercises for me. 🙏
I am an ambulatory wheelchair user with a rare neurological condition. My wheelchair is becoming more necessary and I have been going to our local gym under a GP referral. In between I have been doing online workouts for upper body strength. I can add this to me collection 😊
Im 48 and was super fit- still not too bad but injuries and domino effects…did something to hip flexor over 4 years ago I’ve spent the last 4 years trying to fix and heal I’d like to say to anyone struggling- modify these if you need- I couldn’t even have straight leg on the crossover etc… listen to your body Intention works just the same as the movement Thanks for caring to upload 🙏
I always go to the gym and do lifting regularly. I did my bone density last week, unfortunately I was diagnosed to have osteoporosis. Thank you very much for creating this video. I would definitely do this everyday and take organic/ natural supplements than taking medication that would hurt my kidneys and lead me to heart illness.
I have had osteopenia for a while now, but my last Bone Density test said my score was at T -2.1. Not sure what I was doing wrong, so I started looking everything up on RU-vid to see what else is out there to help me, because I refuse to go on any meds. I have been doing strength training with Sydney Cummings for years on RU-vid but I guess I have been doing some of the exercises all wrong. I had no idea that I should not be curving my spine ... so I am on a mission to improve my bone density. Glad I found you here and that you are on the same mission. :-) I also did not know that there are certain foods I should and shouldn't eat. UGH!!! I will get this down and improve myself. Best wishes to you all out there that are trying to improve yourself too!!! :-)
Please see a physical therapist first. Most of these exercises are way too difficult for someone recovering from abdominal surgery. Many of us have long vertical incisions and it will be many months before doing anything like weight bearing and swinging your legs around.
Mam pls tell me can man do this ,, its similar to women exercise so dont mind i have no more knowledge and depresss by ibs so i really like to watch your video pls tell me about this
Im afraid of other exercises because of my other health conditions like Spondylolistesis Stage 1 and 2. Now I found your video exercises seated. It's very safe on my health condition. I am an osteoporosis patient for 5 years now. Thank you so much.
