Stacker/Stacker Clubs have an optical sensor that sees when a prize falls. The error code was optical sensor failure, so as soon as it started dispensing, the machine stopped the spindle. Also they don’t actually have a payout rate, they have a speed setting, and a difficulty setting, which shortens the gap of time you have to press the button at the “correct” time down to literally milliseconds. But there is no payout rate, technically.

Error 5 is a prize sensor error, it wouldn't dispense because the sensor throught there was something in the chute

Err5 is an optical sensor problem for the prize chute so it won't let you claim a prize even a minor prize.
