Ya BayCare is a replica build. BayCare Ballpark opened in 2004 and is the home of Phillies Spring Training and the Low-A Southeast League Clearwater Threshers.
baycare park is the phillies spring training stadium. i live 5 min from there. I’m extremely impressed with how accurate that one is. Well done! Great vid
My 2nd idea for a stadium showdown is one I call Home By The Sea or in the Sea, its stadiums and ballparks that are on the water or surrounded by water Phil did a good stadium surrounded by canoes and then there's Cyclone Field, my criteria would be 1.) be on or in a large body of water perhaps to the edge of the horizon, 2.) that at least 1/4 of the Stadium or ballpark be open in order to see the ocean background eg.) either from center to right or left Field or 1st base to 3rd base 3.) it must be elevation appropriate so higher elevations will need to be overlooking a cliff on the ocean and finally it would have to be online playable using the dimensions allowed for online play (Note it can be a major league, or minor league stadium or college ballpark or high school field or just even surrounded by canoes)
I like the idea of an Oceanside stadium competition. The only thing I would change is the online playable requirement as I feel it limits creativity especially with collision detection being so terrible in this game and a lot of the best parks I've seen have custom wall dimensions.
@@StadiumsCenter Okay I could do without the online DD playable requirement especially considering what they allow for online play vs offline play is really off the wall and clownish.
I'll start by saying all of these stadiums are excellent and deserving of online playas for my choices Would have loved to vote for Dead End Grounds but the super high elevation killed it for me so I went with Rappahannock Grounds
I wouldn't consider elevation as too much of a factor myself and it being more of an aesthetic challenge. Although I am on board with not caring much for Max altitude stadiums, I also understand people do it so they can crush balls out of their stadiums
@@StadiumsCenter I love the stadium and if it had a more realistic elevation I would have voted for it, any glad to hear from you since I have 2 interesting ideas for a future stadium contest
@@StadiumsCenter The 1st one would be a vintage stadium challenge of stadiums not currently in the game suggestions The 1969 San Diego Stadium better know as Jack Murphy Stadium, Los Angeles Wrigley Field, The Astro Dome with a translucent dome, Tiger Stadium, Yankee Stadium from 1960 to name a few I call this challenge Classic Stadiums we would love to have in the game.
It sounds cool but I'm not sure how many people do recreations since I didn't get too many submitted other than from a couple creators like archmagechemosh
Hey Suel, looks like that batters eye glitch is getting a patch from SDS. Too many people trolling online stadiums and placing anomalies all over the field and it is causing problems for DD guys. People like that ruin things for others. Hoping I can get this next park done before this patch.
Thanks to everyone who voted Initech! Time to put on some flair and celebrate at Chotchkies! Great job again man, there is so much talent displayed here. We gotta get that Discord going! Sounds like such a cool idea to keep open communication with this community of Creators and baseball fans.
Ya that's kind of why I wanted to start it. I'm not sure if there's a place for us to all chat in. It's up now but I know nothing about running a discord
