Stafford and the Start of Training Camp 

There was NO way under heaven that the Rams were not going to reciprocate concerning Stafford. Statistically and per metric, he's a top 5 QB all day. His value to the franchise is unparalleled compared to ANY QB of recent memory going back even BEYOND Sam Bradford, I can't recall when the Rams had such value under center and I've been a Rams fan since the 70's. Everyone loves to put lists together but so much of the REAL tangible value of a guy with that skill set, that maturity, leadership, experience, intelligence, character and toughness makes him top 3 in any "REAL" list of top NFL QB's. Everyone has their preference but McVay himself has stated publicly that can't IMAGINE anyone else running his offense and anyone with a working brain knows how much weight McVay's word carries.
