A walk around the Stafford Classic Bikes show October 2019. Steve Plater Allen Millyard interview 16min to 28min, Sound quality is not fantastic but thought it interesting enough to include.
The "BROWN" Bike is a Z1 not a Z900. It IS a 900, but it was going to be a 750 originally, But Honda brought out their CB750kz. Kawasaki's response was to bore out their 750 to 903 and named it the Z1A followed by the Z1B, THEN they introduced the Z900.
Well I didn't exactly get close, hence the vid quality but he is a great guy and it's nice to see Henry Cole giving him some mainstream TV coverage in his programmes. Thanks for calling by my little channel 👍
Thanks Banditmanuk, love the old school bikes, all mint condition.............here in NZ they do not do bikes like the brits. I was in manchester late last year and could not believe the number of bikes on the road touring around the hills in groups, thanks for the memories Sir.
Interesting Video thanks - nice and clear.Highlights,Evo Blade (briefly) @ 7.00,plus Allen Millyard (genius) - funny he mentioned a Cadwell Park Trackday,i did one in 1991 on a Honda NC30,we had an afternoon to kill afterwards so went for a look around RAF Coningsby, always remember Tornados and Buccaneers returning from GW1 in their Desert colours.
Glad you enjoyed it 👍 unfortunately there haven't been any shows on this year because..... well you know but hopefully I will get to some more classic shows in 2021
Hi thanks for watching the vid, unfortunately this isn't Allen's own channel, I'm just a fan and admirer of the great man who has filmed him at several pre-covid bike meets and shows. Allen has his own channel, if you click on the link at the end here it will take you there and then leave your question on one of his vids. Love the KH Triples ru-vid.com
In all honesty there could have been, it was a huge show. Did film that Suzuki rotary especially for you though Mike 😉 Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Cheers
@@Banditmanuk Yeah cool bloke Deansgate was great back then I do recall there was another bike shop as you went up into Deansgate on the left on a corner after the railway bridge haven't been into town for 30 years or more though probably '86 I was a courier for C&C Express on Trafford Park Road riding an XJ650 shaft with a Rickman Trident the year they closed the M62 because of snow that was a fun time...
Went around the inside area as soon as I arrived, hence not looking too busy. Been lots of times before and this was the busiest but later. Thanks for calling by the channel 👍
Yes, sorry about that. I am an admirer of his work, should have bent down and at least read the cards. If you've not already found it yet Allen has a fantastic RU-vid channel of his own where the great man goes into detail.
