Engine bought from PO as fully rebuilt. He had stored it for 3 years in a shed, and it had siezed. I used diesel oil to soak bores, and eventually got it freed up. I partially stripped and inspected the engine, and had to correct some errors, but then bit the bullet and started her up today. It does sound sweet enough, but with no silencers it makes a helluva noise anyway!! LOL. Hopefully I will now be fitting it to the car and we will see if its reliable. I just love these V8 cars.
