STAGE 2 REMAP ON MY BMW M240I + DOWNPIPE! 

As the owner of a 240i with a ton of mods, there's only one way to get accurate power figures - go to a dyno garage that didn't just fit a load of mods for you. Real figures for B58 engines are about 380hp for a stage 1, about 410hp for stage 2 with sports cat and about 425 for stage 2 with TU fuel pump. Aftermarket air intakes also make no real difference - when tested independently. A lot of the increase "feel" of power is the quicker pedal response time

Honestly I’m amazed that you’re still using the mhd remap especially when ur dealing with so much power and on stage 2 now surely custom would not only be safer but also more efficient and powerful

That’s very high power for just stage 2. I got 459bhp on stage 2 with plus upgraded sparkplugs decat filters charger pipe inlet pipe and hpfp. For sports cat on stage 2 that’s strong

Got my first car in sept this year, only passed my test the other day but the car was zooming… before I got a black box. Great car for a first car tho, mini countryman 2013 1.6 manual turbo diesel 4WD, only making 112 bhp but 270 torque so it gets up to speed nicely

Good power without the HPFP upgrade the MHD / bootmod quoted figures are never what they say mate. With the HPFP ur be around 460/470 area

Nice 240i love the colour,but low numbers on stage 2,I ain’t got a bmw but got plenty of friends with 140i 240i M3s M4s ect the people i no that’s had a stage 1 have been at 450hp 460/470hp stage 2,& im talking on a proper roller not no shite one that climbs,not pissin on ya chips lad coz this is flying anyway,& it’s not always about chasing numbers,iv got a golf mk6 R fully forged with WMI going to start the run in first week of jan “so in few days” then book in for mapping

On what fuel was it on the dyno? Did you have 93/98ron in it and choosen in mhd? Thanks Also turn on better water and intercooler cooling in mhd. And with the valve it does the same to me. The right one is louder that the left on even tho the valve is open. When you disconect the plug it stays open all the time-

How you getting the back end to go out so well I’ve got ps5’s on the rear of mine with 483bhp and it’s not nearly as backend happy as yours, are you in sports+ or just full traction off

What is it with fogged up windows in morden cars??? Turn the A/C on in that diesel bmw. IT WILL ACT AS A DEHUMIDIFIER. YOU SHOULD USE A/C WITH HEAT all the time.

For 500+bhp you will need a meth kit lad on the stock turbo. Port meth would be your best bet. Also for your exhaust flap not opening, its a small clip that falls out of the control pin flap. You can get a new clip fitted or have it fully welded open
