I almost got my ex back! Thank you Coach Lee! I'm still not out of the park yet but she invited me over last night and we hung out for a WHOLE 24 hours straight. She went from saying she was not sure and telling me to keep my distance in the bed to calling our outing for pizza a DATE the next night AND posting it on social media. By the end of our first "session" I caught her nestling her head on my shoulder whole we watched a movie together. She realized what she was doing and pulled back but I could tell she was trying hard to keep her composure. You saved my love life. I really didn't want to have to go through the trouble of finding someone else. There are so many other fish in the sea but only one with her genome. We are all one of a kind! I love her just as much as I love this channel!! You taught me so much . I followed Coach Lee's advice. It worked. I was with someone for 4 months. She broke things off. I reached out after 67 days of no contact. She was thrilled to hear from me, and explained she only broke up because I had been neglecting her. I realized I had been too distant and we promised to communicate more and share more affection. Back together 6 months now and never happier!

Almost going on 60 days of no contact. Through out no contact i kept my ex on social media so he can see how good im doing. Finally decided to move on, since he seemed happy and that he was clearly moving on. I deleted pictures, and did all the necessary things to “Move on” When i finally made the decision. That same day i get a text after almost 2 months. I responded, kept it casual and short, but also friendly. I didn’t continue the conversations but he wanted more and we continue to text through out the day. My suggestion for everyone is to move on. Move on with your life, don’t think about the person, go out, stay busy, and level up as an individual. Mentality, physically, spiritually and financially. Not just at surface level. But really change in real life. It makes you feel god as a person and also to the point that you don’t even want them anymore. And they will come back.

Today is day 30 of NC . I haven’t heard from him at all not once since the break up and I haven’t reached out to him or broken no contract. I started no contact the day of break up and never begged. This has been a really hurtful experience. I will never reach out to him if he doesn’t contact me. As the days go on I’m starting to feel like I don’t care as much anymore because of how he did me . I was really good to him almost to good. I never got an explanation nothing. All he said was he can’t be with me and he was sorry, I asked what was the reason because the day before on Mother’s day he told me how beautiful I was and how lucky he was to have me. This doesn’t feel like love at to hurt someone like that. He never even told me why. I told him he hurt me but good luck . That was it . I miss him but I had to realize maybe I don’t need him . I don’t know what the future holds. I can say I don’t cry anymore.

My ex is contacting me trying to get with me im so happy and this is what I've always wanted.... is something I would have said a few months ago... looking how she once treated me I can say this... it seemed like I was just some dog getting kicked by the owner and still going back... I'm happy im over her but im even more happy that I look at myself as the prize. I love my self so much and I will take care of my heart m, because feeling lonely, sad, lost and being dumped is a scary experience. I remember binge watching all of your videos when going through my break up, its been 3.5 months since my breakup and I feel 100% better and over my ex, I realised many things, such as how badly I was being treated. I have now just started dating a new girl who is honestly amazing, she truly cares about me and I can be myself around her, its honestly very great, and shes showing me what its like to be in a healthy relationship where I am heard and am able to communicate how I feel without getting shutdown, manipulated and gas lighted. I would like to see Lee discuss the stages that WE should expect as WE do NC, to the point when they come back. Once you stop thinking about them, you stop the flow of energy to them from you. This allows an "energy Opening" for them to be able to return to you.

Coach, as of today I’ve came to acceptance that my ex is never coming back..she broke it off in December bur I began no contact in February.. since then she’s reached out a couple times, not in a way to get back together but in ways of her thanking me & jus being random I guess being curious.. but every time I try to ask to see her she would make excuses or say she’ll see how she feels. Have been following Coach Lee since my breakup. Yes, he called, good conversation, but very casual. Not sure what is going to happen. I know he is dating, so I have chosen to remain no contact. If he initiates contact fine, but I will stay no contact. I cannot act like all is forgotten.

So, in 2018, I broke up with my ex girlfriend. I didn't give the no contact rule a chance for a long time, because I couldn't imagine life without her being in it. But in 2020, I finally decided for my own mental health, it was good to employ the no contact rule and so I did. But this year I finally started talking to her again. I am new and improved and in a better place mentally and emotionally. I've been talking to her since Monday. Right now, I am just trying to build up a friendship with her and if it goes into a relationship again, then I am open to it. But for right now, I am okay with just being her friend. I'm not gonna push for a relationship. 'Cause if I told her how much I wanted her back right away, I think we would stop talking. But I am thinking after a while, we might be able to rekindle things. Who knows, though?

I'm struggling with no contact, not because I can't, but rather I am close with her daughter and keep finding myself at their place. Your videos are great ! What about if your ex is making contact after 3 weeks of no contact. There doing all the things you say that are signs of wanting you back ..where now into 2- 3 weeks of texting but when do you get the sign to ask them to physically catch up as we could go on for months texting.

No contact and moving on works. For me it worked, after watching these videos with the hope of getting my ex back, after begging I went no contact. 2 month in I have found someone else. She tried to get back with me for 2 years of my relationship with the new girl, never took her back. Well.. the new girl started to act out too much so I have decided to end it and apply the no contact in the position of the dumper. I’m not sure if it will work the same and maybe I might have to be stronger this time only to send a message that I’m ready to walk away if you don’t see your flaws. Either she will come back more attracted then ever or she will move on I know that I was not happy with her and I’m offering her the gift of missing me.

I have an interesting dynamic, me and my daughter lived with my ex and her daughters. I even got custody according to the time she has custody of her daughter so that all girls and spend their time together. We got into some arguments that I let get the best of me and would raise my voice even, this happened in front of the children. Ultimately these arguments lead her to initiate a break up due to the unhealthyness she says. Do I have a chance of getting whom I believe to be my family back? We invested time and our lives mutually into my daughters birthday party on the 26th of this month. June 9th was the day of the break up and I started no contact on june 14th.
