HI! This was so helpful to watch! I have a question though, is there a reason why you're filling holes AFTER you stain and paint? Should I do this as well or does it not matter if I fill holes first and then do stains/paint? Thanks :)
I fill holes after I apply the stain and the first coat of poly. The reason being is that often if you apply the tinted wood fillers prior to the first coat of poly then the wood filler smudges around and it looks blotchy after you apply the subsequent coats of polyurethane.
