Your videos have great instructions, that’s for making them available.

I like that handy tool… wished I could find that same one. Nick’s Grinders mate is made weird and I had to modify it in order to move it across the grate. Oh and the bottom was shaped like a banana.😂

A group of us at me retirement community are resurrecting stained glass art. I'm finding these videos very useful. One suggestion is that you think about how to keep what you're doing in the frame of the camera. I've never tried to do recording, so I'm sure it's a challenge! Thanks for sharing your skill and ideas.

I just stumbled across your channel earlier today. I almost got started with stained glass a while back. I got as far as making some practice cuts on cheap glass, then it got too hot to use the glass cutting station I had set up out in my garage. I'm hesitant to try cutting glass indoors due to the glass shards. I have four furry family members who go around the house with bare paws. If anyone has any tips to help keep glass shards off of the floor, I'd love to hear them. It's cool enough to get out in the garage, for the moment. In Central Texas, that's always subject to change without notice. :-) I have all the supplies I need to get started, except flux and stained glass. I've ordered some flux from Amazon, and may pick up some stained glass from Hobby Lobby in the near future. Some parts of your videos are mirrored. It looks like you're doing things left handed, writing numbers backwards, etc. Is there any way you can flip those around?

Hi Kevin. I also have a furry friend I am always concerned about. I keep my Stained Glass station consolidated and I am constantly sweeping. We have had no incidents. When you’re cutting glass it’s not as if you have glass shards flying everywhere, when a glass shard flies you know it and you can clean it. I understand my videos looked like that, it was the way I was recording with a stand. I’ve recently gotten a new way to record so it won’t look like I’m left-handed and writing backwards LOL. I appreciate your message, I hope you explore Stained Glass. You will learn as you go. It’s very rewarding and a great hobby. I look forward to seeing some of your masterpiece work!

Why do Americans say Sorder for Solder?

We pronounce it "sodder". The "L" is silent, like in the word "salmon".
