That is a razor blade scraper. Used to scrape decals off or clean things off of windows and other harden surfaces. This is an older one I picked up but It does come in handy. You can purchase one through an affiliate link on my website - scoartglass.com/product/werxrite-retraguard-razor-blade-scraper-induction-hob-glass-cooktop-stovetop-other-hard-surface-cleaning-scraper/ - or- scoartglass.com/product/dilaks-2-pack-razor-scraper-all-metal-heavy-duty-razor-blade-scraper-with-extra-20-piece-blades/ Thanks for watching.
