In pt bp 150/95 for one year what will be his changes 1. afferent more stretch more gfr more loss but at peritubular cappillary it will be absorbed so around normal or little increase urine output ...2 but kidney will react to this increase streatch and will release nitruc oxide prostaglandins and what will it do as autoregulation will it relax efferent arterole so blood flow rapid out of glomurulus and pressure is releved or will it constrict the afferent artery so less blood enter but body is in hypertension so will the renal artery be constricted ... or simple can you tellhow kidney react to hypertension

SIR kidey how much solute excreated normally...i.e normal waste soluted .and body is normal no fluid overload or osmotic change ...it can excreate 1200 mosmls in 500ml . If a person waste is 300 mosmle today and he is fasting then kidney can send this 300 in around 200ml of water ....but as he is fasting let take 2 days now what will kidney do it has to excreate waste .... What will be his body changes 1.will there be low blood pressure i think only hemoconcentration increases can this hemocincentration sensed by kidney 2 in case he has low bp afferent arteriole will sense this by less stretch ..what will kidney do less stretch cause renin release now angiotensi cause vaso constriction in perephery..what will this angiotension do on kidney will it act or afferent arterole or efferent constrict or relax them i.e will it try to maintain gfr or reduce gfr .angiotensi will absorb water from collecting duct but iam asking where will this angiotensin act . ..mesangial cell has angiotensin 2 receptor by acting on them it contract and reduce surface area so gfr reduces So in hypovolemia kidney will maintain gfr and absorb max water in last part ., or reduce gfr and prevent water loss
