How to make an older, stale baguette crunchy and soft again by running the whole thing under water and baking it for 10-12 min at 350 degrees #baguette #stalebread #shorts #breadhack
This is how i cook my Bagels! Keep them whole, run it under water for just a split second so its only damp, not wet. Then the whole thing in the toaster with the heel/bottom facing up. It gives a crunchy outside almost like an egg shell and super soft inside. Perfect Bagel every time.
I’ve tried this in a pan and also in like a panini press style toaster thing and it works but it’s super hard to get it right honestly. I’ll try the oven next time.
Please let me know what restaurant you guys are at so I can avoid not eating a place that serves stale food. And God knows what else. UPDATE: My bad. I didn't hear imaginary restaurant. The bread mustache was distracting me.
@@TwoChefsAndAKnifeyou said your imaginary restaurant but this is actually the kitchen of an actual restaurant right? You don’t have like a huge restaurant kitchen that’s for like videos right? 😳
