Im from the south and this is how we refresh our biscuits, but wrap in a paper towel and a microwave. Good a new and ready for sausage gravy 😋

This is how i cook my Bagels! Keep them whole, run it under water for just a split second so its only damp, not wet. Then the whole thing in the toaster with the heel/bottom facing up. It gives a crunchy outside almost like an egg shell and super soft inside. Perfect Bagel every time.

I’ve tried this in a pan and also in like a panini press style toaster thing and it works but it’s super hard to get it right honestly. I’ll try the oven next time.
