🇷🇺 Want to visit all the former Soviet republics on a scooter and without leaving Moscow? Well I will show you how....Welcome to Stalin's Soviet theme park in the heart of Moscow, the incredibly beautiful VDNKh.
"I treat my scooters like i treat my hire cars".. Proceeds to drive through radioactive zones, mud and deep forests, picking up drunk dudes to have some fun and wodka, yeah, seems legit to me 😂
Bold and bankrupt, love your video, I am blind, you described everything in this video, like all your videos you describe which was seeing, for me that is blind, I could see it in my mind, Alina, she sounds like she’s a real cool chick. Keep on doing what you’re doing.
@@moisesperez4605 "It takes one to no one?" You mean "It takes one to KNOW one"? Also... Is somebody reading these comments out for you and typing what you tell them? Because I am not sure how somebody can be blind and still be able to read comments and respond to them?
Russia is in the top 10 countries by tourists, where Moscow outshines everything. Don't think Bald's visit to VDNKh matters at all. Tuva on the other hand is completely different story.
@@cianakril Yeah, VDNkH (damn this abbreviation) was famous widely long before Bald's visit. But his merit is that he visits much less famous and pretty places and due to his talent and sense of humour, these places gain some purpose and become a bit more attractive
Found your channel recently and love it. Your videos are simple and fascinating at the same time. You and Alinchik are the great team! I just wish you had more videos about Russia-huge, beautiful country with a lot of historical places. Алинчик ты прелесть ,чаще улыбайся! All the best! Love you guys!
Obviously there is some 'fakeness'. No matter how genuine people seem, you only get to see what they want you to see. You don't really know what happens off camera.
I've been to Moscow in 2015 (very underrated and beautifully city by the way!) when Easy Jet flew there from London. Never got to hear of this park (wasn't aware of it). Will certainly make a beeline for it on a future visit! Thanks for the video Bald very entertaining.
I love this video because I never knew they had pavilions of such size representing. This is grand and for some reason highly understated, I’ve never seen anyone else talking about this, THANK YOU, it’s a nice feeling to discover something new and interesting.
Coming to BBC1 this fall, "My Soviet Sweetie," a heart-warming rom-com, featuring Alina-chick, a Gopnik from Belarus; her English Vlogger Boyfriend who's perpetually marooned in Moskva due to visa hassles; and the KGB.
Believe it or not , his reply was perfect!... If you want to keep a girl around. You NEVER make her think she has you wrapped around her finger. If she thinks you can do with or without her and you have other options if she misbehaves... She will stick to you like glue, and never go elsewhere. If a man treats her as though he worships her... She will be gone in a heartbeat. Nice guy syndrome versus Bad boy.
yeah and you can tell she is DTF with Baldie. he is too crazy too notice or care.. When he goes "and sometimes i think about you" her: "really?" him "no" if her response had been "aaawwww" you know you are fucked.. It is an aqwuard thing to say to a girl-friend, if he had answered "yes" it would had probably made things weird moving forward. he put himself on a corner, I guess that was the best answer .
@@perolito83 long game is for chumps anyway. The only light at the end of that tunnel is the reality of a commitment and responsibility, son. Yeah. Yo. Im all like droppin wisdom in the house.
How am I enjoying this tour ? 10:05 I'm enjoying it immensely, plus there's no way I'd ever see any of this if it wasn't for you guiding us around this way with your charming and informative historic knowledge on these matters pertaining to these pavillions / buildings, thank you for the great tour!! :)
Love this content its way more real and raw than most bullshit vloggers on you tube. no clickbait. no annoying intro. no bloody merch plugs. Just a genuine classic style vloggers like we used to get. Keep up the quality work!
You have all the pints you want buddy. You deserve it. It was awesome. Very interesting stuff. Your knowledge and passion on display in a good way in a great setting. Again. As someone born and raised in the states I know nothing about most of the persons places and things you are completely knowledgeable and familiar with. It’s a joy to be seeing that part of the world so intimately and up close. I was totally unfamiliar with the great accomplishments of the Russian people despite their brutal past. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. I could go on. There’s a reason you’re so widely watched. Great job
When he called her a friend she went offended and freaked out deep inside, so much that you could easily see it on her face even with the glasses. So she even subconsciously launched her evolutional defence provoking jealousy in a joking manner. What a girl, what a gorgeous one :D
I'm enjoying the tour very much. Thanks for asking. lol Im a big fan of yours. I love exploring and going on adventures myself as well. I've never been out of the U.S. so watching you is a blast. And this is like my second comment I've ever left on RU-vid, by the way.
Hey Sid, I have no idea why you are so upset about a light hearted comment a made, but it would seem like life isn’t going to well for you right now. I know quarantine sucks but try to connect with friends and family as much as possible and I’m sure your days will become better. Take care
Fun fact: That Kyrgyzstan pavilion was originally a Estonian SSR pavilion but around 2009 the Moscow government rented out the building to the new owners who made it into Kyrgyz one. Though you can still see original Estonian decor on the walls. It was rather strange to see Latvia and Lithuania next to each other but no Estonia :P Also explains about the wonderful fishing culture the Kyrgyzstan has xD
@@grilly2013 i dont think there was Armenia in WW1. Armenians were part of the Ottoman Empire. They however joined Russia in effort to create independent Armenian state and Ottomans didnt like that.
@@miraakprinceofapocrypha7998 Turkey massacred Armenian people it doesn't matter if there wasn't an official independent country called Armenia at that time.
Grilly there was a confrontation between Armenia and Turkey where the young Turks did slaughter a lot of Armenians ( where Armenians also slaughtered Turkish villagers) . I wouldn’t call it a genocide but an awful time where both suffered a lot and maybe a bit more on the Armenian side.
Koyla has its on RU-vid channel , somebody made it for it ..... I just saw today but everyone was talking in Russian , I believe after Mr bald video with koyla made ppl to go to his forest home.
Loved the video, but keep in mind that you've seen less than half of all pavilions. There are so many pavilions outside the main avenue, both neo-classical and Soviet modernist. Some of them just exude massive amounts of soul, like pavilions 36, 38, 56, 69, especially in the dilapidated shape they had been in before the questionable mass reconstruction that began in 2014.
Please visit Mongolia! It was not in the USSR, but it was a buffer zone between China and USSR. It had a lot of Soviet influence, so it should be very interesting to see!

Love the content...never been to any of these places so really interests me!! Especially when you have Elena with...you guys have an awesome vibe!! Lock that down! lol
Sako Movsisyan Actually I saw on a travel vlog saying that if they saw you visited Armenia, they’ll question if you support or like Armenia. If you say yes, you’ll be denied entry
@@SupremeLeaderKimJong-un I went to Armenia then Azerbaijan and got that question. But when I said I liked it I wasn't denied :P They DID seem disappointed that it was cheaper for a visa to Armenia than it was for their country though.... Maybe they'll lower the price to compete ;)
Arriving at Zvartnots airport the immigration lady thumbing through my passport came to an abrupt halt when she got to my Azerbaijan visa. Asked me what I´d been doing there.
The karelian pavillon was my favourite as well. It has a wonderful wooden carved door. The entire exhibition is so nice, the fountains are worth a mention as well!
Fantastic. I love the pavilions. "Alina' playing with the scooter around you and that quick stop and conversations really bring this video to another level. Lovely to watch. Thanks from my heart.
Alina (spelling?) has enhanced these videos tremendously. Fun, athletic, and beautiful with a sense of humor - a dream girl for many. Thumbs up for her!
ShironTHPS Not as far as I know. The Donbass region 300km across the Sea of Azov has an active war going on but there's no fighting happening in Crimea right now.
I don't think I'll be able to travel to these places in my life so thank you mate for the effort you put in.. Nice to experience world from others perspective. Kudos to your journey.
From Karelia, in addition to a drowning pool or lake, they also have a dog that is quiet unless it sees prey, and it's prey us bears, and potentially anything not human- the Karelian Bear Dog. Looks like some of Laikas, but a much more agreeable dog, in my experience. Also, you and your channel are wonderfully and so humorously informative; many thanks!
Stalin, Buildings, Repression -- very interesting! So many stories waiting to be told... "Yous guys" were quite good dashing around on the scooters. Your "meaningful other" looked stunning as usually. The final shots -- both faces under the light-effects of a golden sunset -- were fabulous. Hollywood film-producers would kill to get it! You may quit your regular job and keep on with the Videos.
Love seeing all of these old Soviet and abandoned things, just found your channel! Alina reminds me of an ex girlfriend in personality and looks, balsy and playfully fun! Enjoy your adventures together!
