Coach Grace will take you through a full-body workout using stall bars (or a similar setup like a TRX machine) and some floor space and will focus primarily on compression (hip flexors, quads, and core) and shoulder strength to achieve a press handstand and manna.

I found this stall-bar video to be very motivating and informative. Coach Grace, way of teaching comes across as warm, sincere, and dedicated to her viewers-as if , they were personally there being trained. The video, and audio quality also enhance this content. I am a BJJ and Judo black belt. Started training in the mod 1990s. Stall bars are one of my favorite tools. They are very beneficial for our arts.
