Stalogy b6 is a perfect size for journaling! I have mine in a leather cover from Chic Sparrow it works great! I think Stalogy is the perfect paper for fountain pens, I think it's fun to use different colors of inks it makes my journal colorful and it looks really nice when you flip through the pages! I

Blotter paper will help with the dry time. Stalogy is awesome. I love it and use it for my planner (I have several videos on mine on my channel). The A5 has 4mm grid but the A6, B6 and B5 are 5mm.

You’re right about fountain pen inks bleeding through. The fountain pen doesn’t matter, it’s how much ink is laid down and the ink/paper itself. i.e. the same pen with one ink may be ok but with another ink bleed through loads. Ghosting doesn’t bother me as I really enjoy the 52 and 68 gsm Tomoe River paper for fountain pens so you always get ghosting, however can still write on both sides. Also, it’s not “just a Lamy Safari!” Lamy are awesome! Big it up Lamy! 😂 They are superb pens. Welcome to the club. Enjoy and thanks! 😀👍🏻

I believe the A5 has smaller grids so you’re able to fit a 24 hour timeline!

I love my A5 stalogy, my writing is tiny so the 0.4mm grid is perfect for me I write a lot so I dont get through the notebook as fast as a moleskine

I wished that I could use smaller than a5 sizes. It would be a lot more portable. But my wrists cramps if I hold tiny things. Maybe is about how I hold to the sketchbook while I draw, but I noticed that holding to tiny watercolor pallets is painful too and after only a minute or two.

If you watercolor the pages before you write with a fountain pen, it reduces ghosting and bleeding in the Stalogy. I like to do a wash just to get away from white pages.

I would really have appreciated actual inch dimensions on each of these books--not familiar with A/B sizes.

Hi Rebecca :) you can search them on google or even on JetPens and you can see the size of each notebook in both cm and inch. hope this helps

@@marijalelas1833 Obviously. But why wouldn't she just include it in a video of this length? The dot grids were barely visible and no dimensions were given either. The Amazon.com description ended up being far more helpful than this video.

Sizes have been updated within the description box. ;) Thank goodness for Amazon! I use them all the time. In fact, that's what helped determine my purchase for these. Hope you like the Stalogy notebooks should you decide to give these a try.
