As per this GR, it is clear that condition of 15 year not to sale to male buyer. This condition are not applicable if buyer is female for sale of such property.

I am not know if GR of removing condition has come but if GR come then stamp duty calculated normal way and if GR is not yet come then govt calculate 3 year penalty charges + 1% stamp duty while registering to male owner

Sir, we had registered property in the name of a women & saved 1 % stamp duty. Now due to some unusual circumstances, we have to sold the property, so what is the PENALTY apart from paying 1% addtional stamp duty which was saved earlier.
If you take stamp duty benefit , then you can sell this property to women buyer then there is no penalty , if u sell within one year u can ask refund of stamp duty from Buyer , here local advocate or professional real estate consultant will help you and if u sell to male buyer then penalty will charged by govt.
