Just spent the last hour or so watching your videos. I never knew concreting could be so interesting. Really tidy work. You must have picked a good crew
Man you have inspired me big time. I’m 38, been doing artificial turf for 10yrs, dabbled In concrete years ago, started doing it again, and stressing out on wanting to learn to be a finisher. I have my own sets of stamps of a few patterns, I love the decorative customization aspect of it. But I seen your videos how you came to be and what you did. Now I realize, I don’t have to bust my ass and learn to be a finisher. I just need the brains to find the right guys to do it all for me. I just need to get the job and surround myself with the right ppl. I’ve been on a new high realizing this and have already met and used an awesome crew who have given me access to countless other finishers with different skill sets. Thank you.
As someone who’s finished, busted out and re poured a 4yd exposed patio I know the skill it takes to do this work. Not to mention the time to gain the experience and knowledge to have a feel for timing based on temp and weather. Forget best in the West. More like best in America. Exceptional work, I’m impressed by every video and thank you for sharing your expertise.
Great job!!! In my old stomping grounds, went from being a beach city kid to a mountain man. LOL!!! Hundred miles north of you. Love concrete and your work. 👍🤙✌
Nice man. You are still holding out on me. My neighbor down the street did something exactly like this with the steps and lights. Looked very similar to this. Nice work.
Dude, I'm learning so much watching your videos. Thanks for all of the information and your efforts to document the highest quality work! I will compare everything that I see out in the field to your work, they got their work cut out for them!
I'm a concreter in Australia I wish I lived in Cali I'd definitely come and work for you Anthony your work speaks for its self I know I'd learn alot from you.
Your videos are the best.....respect for you and the crew. People who complain about work should all see this. I hope you can retire before your 50 cause you’ve worked for 200 years. You should come to the Netherlands we realy need skilled craftsmen. Keep up the good work and god bless you. Regards Toine.

Informative and educational video. Your video shows its much easier and fastest way to get it done with complete materials and machines. Great workmanship.
You're definitely talented, but remember there is always someone better, that mindset keeps you humble and pushes you to become even more proficient. Also check out Odell complete concrete.
@@jamesweir2943 Ok buddy...theres a fine line between confidence and cockiness. Saying that you're talented is fine and is usually unnecessary as, if that is In fact the case it should be self evident and people will notice it on their own, you shouldn't have to toot your own horn... it makes it seem like you're questioning it..
Absolutely Magnificent. I'm always watching your videos. Why not open up another branch here in the East man, you'll beat everybody and will be called "Beast of the East."
I enjoy watching your videos. I def always learn new techniques from you that I can use on my work. But couple questions. Looks like you always use pea gravel. I’ve always been told that pea gravel is not as strong as 3/4” concrete. Is there a reason you use pea gravel even on not stamped concrete jobs?? And, I always use rebar on all my jobs also, but why don’t you use chairs to keep the rebar up. I know you guys pull the rebar while pouring but the finishers always step on it when they rod the concrete and it drops to bottom. Just curious. Thank you. And great videos.
Pea gravel is easier to knock down and get the cream to rise to the top. If it isn’t going to have vehicles drive on it, pea gravel six sack with fiber and rebar is all you need. He also said on other videos he likes his rebar closer to the bottom and not the top bc it can crack being closer to the surface.
Looks great! I’m looking to do the same thing, but hard to find the right light boxes for the steps. Are they regular light boxes or unique for concrete? Thanks
saw cuts are more residential in Australia as it give the path or drive a much cleaner modern look. interesting you only role joints in on residential. cheers for the entertainment. good vid
? This is all one color. You didn’t dust any of it. Looks good. Your guys are good. But why no highlights(antiquing) to really make it look natural and high quality. No offense but if your gonna talk like your shit don’t stink and everyone else doing concrete is beneath you then these should be at that level. Like I said looks good and high quality but not the best if it’s all one color. Just plan stamped concrete with bands. Every other house in California has it.
You do really good work brother, but best of the west ?, you guys really are giving Alex Zamora a run for that title he has videos of RU-vid also , but the design part of your operation is truly amazing and is by far some of the best East , west that I have ever seen , I think where ever you’re from the quality, desire , proud craftsmanship and love for this trade can be achieved by anyone, you can only be as good as or even better as the one leader showing the way and leading by example and you my friend I would love to meet you , I bet with just a 1 hour talk with you I bet I would be able to sharpen my career and bank account! lol
Wow amazing!! What lights did you use for the steps? Im having hard time finding something similar with a small box i want to do a 12v if possible. Let me know! Keep up the good work
Great Job guys!! But...c'mon man .. you totally miss the under ground piping system to connect the downspout...now you will have water running down from the rain gutters on top of that beautiful concrete!
Jesus Anthony, your making the whole damn concrete genre on RU-vid look bad bro😂. DAMN that looks immaculate. Freakin awesome brother. Great job. Hats off to you and the crew. No Georgia buggy today?🤣🤣🤣 Where’s the plywood so the grade doesn’t get rutted? 🤣🤣🤣
I was wondering how much would it cost to get a starter pump? I was thinking of getting one to start my own here in Texas. Any info is appreciated. Thanks
Maybe just a quick note, looks great and all, but I noticed you guys dont use chairs to support the rebar, I see your pump guy trying to lift the rebar's up, but as you as your finishing guys walks up, it pushes it down. Rebar serves it purpose by being in the 2/3 of the slab, not at the bottom. Rebar dont do anything when its left at the bottom. But i got to be honest, your finishing crew does outstanding work. kudos.
