Yeah, So were a lot of early comic book writers and artists, Jack Kirby, Joe Kubert, Will Eisner etc. I remember an old quote that if you look through a lot of Golden Age comics that are set in a city you'll just about always see a street or a building modeled after some part of N.Y.C. The Lower East Side, (Jack Kirby) The Bronx (Will Eisner) (Bob Kane) (Jerry Robinson) depending on where the artists grew up and lived, or where their studio was etc.

i read to many marvel stories. no ever stay dead in marvel universes as pop up cartoons, comics and movies find hard believe that won't still see him. weather picture or shakey head or maybe cartoon or A.I. for cell phone or something.

i agree. sam raimis film didnt show any of what you listed. the new spiderman showed peter what he realy was. awkward shy funn and a nerd. the new film beat sam raims trilogy it was more closer to the comics. and ill be honest the new film had a bit of some flaws but not fully. the new ilm showed a set of more emotion and character quality. the old spiderman all he did was eat cookies nd cry in each fight scene. the new one was closer to the comics and was a spiderman fan himself.

Yeah, also don't get me wrong. This movie was not a masterpiece either. But I found Andrew Garfield's Spiderman more likable than Toby McGuire's, all the characters were more human, and the action was fast paced. But the CG effects were ok to me, wished the Lizard was more memorable, and the movie did fall off in the middle. But it picked up its pace near the end.
The new film was asm awful depiction of Peter. Anyone who disagrees isn't familiar with the source material. Peter is a science nerd who gets picked on, not a skateboarding "outcast" who has the hottest girl in school untreated in him. It was pathetic. The new film had decent action but everything else was weak. Raimi's films blew it away, even if the third one was lacking compared to the first two.
