@@ususshjd1994 yeah, sometimes people can think their idea is good but in reality is dumb. though i still agree strongly with what stan said, i mean even if others think it's stupid it shouldn't stop you from pursuing it. you never know what might happen with it. something good could happen and you could get fame and success. something bad could happen and you could learn from your previous mistakes because messing up is never a negative thing, it's only negative if you let it be. you can instead turn it into a positive thing that you can learn and grow from to make something even better.
Publisher :this is the worst idea (too lazy to write rest lmao) Spiderman : goes viral Publisher :stan stan u know the charecter we both loved so much .... Me: what r my famouse last word buddy (dies*)
@@justsomerandomhomie1794 its the reason he quit because stan kept stealing the fame and the one job stan had is adding text in bubble lmao and he still messed that up. Pick up a comic and read it you can see the mistakes he made. He even forgot peters name
If you look at the book their both are labeled creator even tho he came up with the idea he drew the art, made the story, made the characters, he made the design and all stan did is the dialog
Publisher: “that is the worst idea I have ever heard!” Stan: Whatever life holds in store for me, I will never forget these words: "With great power comes great responsibility."
The character of Spider-Man means the world to me. He carried my childhood. I don’t know how I’d be if he never existed. Spider-Man is a symbol of resilience, strength and persistence, despite the trauma and heartbreak he has gone through. I’ll forever be grateful to Stan for making this character because of how he has taught me life lessons even through the old raimi trilogy. Stan Lee lives through the Spider-Man, and as long as spidey is still celebrated, Stan is here too. 💓
@@dcmastermindfirst9418We found the butthurt Batman fanboy lol. You say Batman better yet all Spider-Man merchandise out sells Batman merchandise times 10 for past 30 years lol hahaha.

Publisher calls it the worst idea he's ever heard, and today Spider-Man is the most popular Marvel Superhero. It really is true that sometimes the most outrageous decisions can be the best ones.

He wasn’t the hero we deserved but the hero we got.He made the world a better place.R.I.P. Stan Lee,a legend that will go down in history as a true hero who gave joy to billions. And with that,I end my copied speech.
@@Crispy_9678 when they made like the first spider man movie i think they got like 1 percent of the income and it made like 1.2 million dollars usd btw and they got like 1-5 percent of it and that almost made them backrupt but they made the second spider man movie and they have been great ever since.
Actually there's a really good example of what a world would be like if spiderman didn't exist. In the anime The rising of the Shield hero four heroes are summoned to another world and in one episode The bow Hero itsuki talks to his party about teaching a lord by quoting Uncle Ben's line "with great power comes great responsibility " The shield hero Naofumi overheard what Itsuki said and he laughed and told Itsuki "did you get bit by a spider" which the bow Hero itsuki finds confused by what what Naofumi meant by being bit by a spider. This can be interpreted as Itsuki comes from a world where spider man doesn't exist
What Stan believed in is what we saw in the character. Stan created one of the greatest Marvel characters which spawned movies, an animated Oscar winning film, a place in the MCU (the biggest franchise to date), and a place in our hearts.
Our Generation will always be Proud having to see His Cameos and Having to See His Lively Reactions to some of His Creations, May Stan Lee, The Most Powerful MCU God, rest in Peace.
A lot of people think Stan Lee just wrote comics, but in reality, he showed the world the importance of morals, the necessity for opposition in all things, and he showed us how to love something that isn't even real, which better helps us understand how to love each other. Stan Lee is a real super hero, anyone that says otherwise just doesn't understand.
"Just for fun, I'm gonna make him have personal problems" this idea made the most original superhero ever that everybody can relate and not like other superheroes who have powers that we can just imagine. Spider-Man is a emotion is a motivation and is the all time supporter that shows you your everyday life and how you come up from your problems. "With great powers, comes great Responsibility". R.I.P STAN LEE THE LEGEND
@Max -x searching for his parents since all the other movie version of Spider-men didn't care but Andrew's Peter does...also captain Stacy's death and especially gwen's death....
@@theonlybigsmoke I’m so glad he’s back for Multiverse of Madness. Can’t wait to see his passion and art for this crazy film that I’m sure is going to be LEGENDARY just like his Raimi trilogy.
stan lee broke every hero stereotype back then and opened a whole new possibilty for superheroes in spiderman. Being a normal guy Being a teenager Having personal problems Back then people always think superheroes are highly respected, nearly perfect, and they always focus on the “super” aspect of being a superhero. Stan lee focused on it’s “hero” aspect. What a legend.
Everyone don't forget about one of the true hero/legend of this, the fly that was in Stan's room, the fly made Stan to think of Spiderman and became a memorable legendary hero, respect that magnificent bastard fly!
That Fly created a generation and a community of spidey-fans, and created a superhero "I believe you know the name" that 100% of people on earth known as : Spider-Man
People back then were so fixated on the idea that superheroes have to be inspirational adults, an embodiment of perfection, a symbol that is made to be looked up upon... Stan's eureka moment to create Spiderman eventually redefined heroism : A hero is not one that stands above all, a hero can be anyone that do, even the simplest good, for others around them. And he's not wrong in this speech too. If we look at the trends that makes the biggest impact around the world, those are the little ideas that started off with no grounds to believe in. There was a time people think video games are pointless. There was a time when live streaming wasn't believed to be capable of gaining traction. There was a time professional actors wouldn't think of acting in comic book movies will do them any good in their career. And yet here we are.
@@dcmastermindfirst9418 You do realize old Superman was vastly different than ones that came after, right? Superman was created to be an overpowered superhero AT FIRST. Spider-Man was created to be a superhero with personal problems FIRST. Stan is one of the few people, if not the only one at his time, who made a superhero with flaws. Don't try to act that Marvel beat the old superhero system first before DC. Your comment created nothing new.
@JeffChad not even close. Superman ain’t even top 10 in the DC universe lmao. Batman shits on Superman all he needs is a green rock gun and his story and character is better. Superman = gay asf
@@Orteguh why do you talk like that? go see other evidence where stan lee himself says that he was inspired by superman to make spider-man, like all the heroes who have been copies of the same Clark Kent, stop talking bad about someone you unfortunately don't even know. Superman to be the first comic book Superhero and inspire other hero makers is highly underrated in my opinion
"And then I figured, just for fun, I'm gonna give him personal problems." good to know stan used the same methods the rest of us do when creating characters
Before spiderman was created,a lot of superheroes are created with Godlike superpowers like Superman and perfect intelligent and billionaire like Batman
@@jarrygarry5316 Isn't the appeal of Batman is that after the death of his parents he felt obligated to save Gotham??? Which is also the reason he's so broody.
@@orangeslash1667yes, but that wasn't the case back when Batman first started. In the comics for Batman, at the beginning he was just a good detective in a batsuit messing around. He even used guns without a care in the world. It was later when comics got more depth to characters that they made Batman a brooding hero with dead parents.
Just imagine the feeling of pride he gets when talking to his own characters that he created in real life. Edit: I shouldn't need to explain that I mean the actors guys come on
I still shed a tear knowing this man is no longer with us. But the legacy he left behind is truly amazing. R.I.P. Stan Lee the greatest superhero ever!
Stan Lee was an amazing man. I bet he’s looking down at the legacy he left and saying to himself, “That’s pretty damn good.” Because it’s a great feeling.
Without him, the world wouldn’t be the same, his creations have become a great part of society, R.I.P Stan lee. Edit: lol this just blew up out of no where, have a nice day
Absolutely, German fella here! 😬🇩🇪 My childhood was lacking rolemodels and was kind of tough... But Spiderman has inspired me trying to be a good person. So I ask myself how many mindsets all around the world he has influenced. He literally rescued a lot of souls from going the wrong path. Thank you, Stan! 🙏🏻♥️
This man..... this man, is a legend, no one ever will forget him, even if he’s dead, we will always have the heroes he created, we will always have him in our hearts, we love you Stan
Those charactistic are probably what made Spider-Man loved for decades. A teen superhero with personal problems is someone we all can relate to. He inspired us that anyone can be a hero.
It's amazing how they laughed at him and now he's the most popular superhero next to Superman and Batman. Just shows everyone don't care what others think you do you and never give up trying
What I love is the reasons each of those are loved, Superman is an alien and super mega powerful and he is just the power fantasy, yet Spider-man is more realistic and is loved for relating to him vs losing yourself to the fantasy of Superman
He took a risk and created one of the most iconic superheroes of all time even though his publisher told him it wouldn't work. Excelsior, Stan. May he rest in peace.
The Publisher that laughed and mocked him is EATING his own words after realising how big of a hit Spiderman became with all its TV Shows, Comics, video games, and *especially* its movies. Good on you Stan Lee for doing your thing, for that's the most important thing! Rest In Peace Stan Lee, you will ALWAYS be remembered in the hall of legends.
Spider Man Is The Coolest In The Past, Today Spider Man Is More Of A Joke, But The Original Material Is Undeniably Out Of This World, So Exotic And Down To Earth, Perfect, Now We Getting A MultiVerse movie With Probably A Predictable Ending
The world is a darker place without him, but so so much brighter than it could’ve been for having him in it. And as long as we keep doing what we love and giving our ideas the time and love they deserve, that light lives on and gets brighter again.

Everyone has personal problems. Maybe you think your problems are more severe but that’s because their your problems. My biggest problem is social anxiety and I always believe that without it my life would be so much better. But in reality that problem will only get replaced by another.
