This is my piano cover of the Florence & The Machine cover of Ben E. King's Stand By Me as featured in the recent trailer for the upcoming Final Fantasy XV. It's one of my favorite songs of all time and infusing it with a little bit of classic Final Fantasy scales works brilliantly.

This song hits me like a hammer, and sends me reeling back to the first time I ever booted up the game, blissfully unaware of the pain and sorrow within the joy and laughter.... If there is one thing FFXV did well, it's music. Music like this combined with a post-credits scene like that can shake a person to their very core. FFXV, Boyband XV, stand by me.

Damn, until now, To Zanarkand was the hardest piece I've learned. This one's kicking my butt. I think finding the proper fingering across different parts is what's tripping me up. Thanks for making this!.. One day I'll learn to read sheet music 😅

Can I suggest you play/recreate the theme from Uncharted 4 on piano? I think there's two versions of it, though. If you look up "Drake's theme Uncharted 4" on youtube, it's the first option. It's so beautiful and I would love to hear a full piano version of it!
