Somehow I only became aware of the Singing Cookes about 3 weeks ago (5.15.18), but I am now addicted. I hear one song and say to myself "this is my favorite Cooke's song" -- that is, until I hear another Cooke's song. My "favorites" list is now two feet long and growing. It has been a long time since I have experienced so much honesty in music.

Jeanette Cooke has such a blessed voice. This brings tears to my eyes. Jesus stands by me.What a deposit into my spirit and soul. My mom and I listen to the Cooke's a lot. She has Parkinson's and it blesses her to hear Jeanette.

I lost my mother 2 yrs ago also to Dementia and I wld play the cookes to her she loved their music..I don't know if the pain ever goes away, my mother was an Angel on earth, she was 84 and 74 of those where 100% dedicated to God, nothing came before God. You cld see her for the first time and you would know what her life was about, strangers have walked up and said that's an Angel. Life isn't the same without her.
