For those looking to try BPC-157, this is the current product I use personally and recommend for my patients, as it is the stable form of BPC-157: bit.ly/3kxMmYg and you can get a 20% discount with code RP20
@@tracybarton7111they only have caps. You may have to go through a trt clinic if you want pharma grade. There’s good stuff on the internet but you never know. You’re using a research drug either way pharma or not
Dear Dr, thanks for your precious advises 🙏. I have a question. I saw many people complaining of anhedonia after taking BPC-157. Is it possible if we use a legit compound ? If yes, how can we avoid it ? Thank you in advance🙏
We haven't seen a single case of anhedonia in our clinic and we have always used high quality oral or compounding pharmacy injectable. I have a suspicion that the anhedonia is a side effect from toxins that can be present in the injectable form from online websites (research chemicals, not made for human consumption). This is why we strongly advocate for people to use the oral form, as the oral form works just as good as the injectable in most people, and the side effect profile is nil. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. To help out, we have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements (code is RP20). Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157 Original 250mcg'. This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better.
I hit myself with 500mcg of all the peptides I've used for a 1st dose. I've never had a negative reaction. Melanotan made me stretch a bit like they say it will, but no upset stomach. The worst side was horny all night after the shot lol tb 500 burned a little bit but only for about 20 seconds after.
Hey doc so I’ve been taking 500 mcg orally for a few months now but I’m going to be trying the injectable route with bpc 157 and TB 500 . I just bought 2 10MG vials . I plan on taking 350 mcg daily of bpc and 1000 mcgs 2 times a week of the TB 500 . My 2 questions are how many MLs of bac water should I put in the vials to reconstitute ? 1 or 2 ?? Also do you think that dosage is enough of either? ( I have a ankle injury aka sprain from BJJ that I want to heal that’s been bad , but not bad enough to workout or spar
that depends on the strength of your peptide. If your peptide is 5mg/mL, then 300mcg is 6iu If your peptide is 2mg/mL (which is a common dose), then 300mcg is 15iu
I’ve suffered a distal spiral humerus fracture, had surgery for internal fixation with a plate and screws and I now have severe radial nerve damage. I weigh 210 lbs. what would be a good dosage for me?
We start everyone, regardless of size on 500mcg orally once daily. We use the InfiniWell brand as they use the arginate salt. We have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements
BPC-157 may be of help in the healing of fractures. If you are choosing to use injections, the area that you inject does not matter (so just do it in an easy area like the stomach)
correct, form doesn't matter. If you are working with a physician and can get injectable BPC-157 from a compounding pharmacy, then that's great. If you aren't, then we don't recommend the injectable version as this would require you to purchase BPC-157 from a research chemical website and these peptides are commonly contaminated with LPS, a bacterial endotoxin, which can cause really bad side effects. Instead of using injectable, we then recommend using an oral arginate salt. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. If you want a discount code, we have one for our patients on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements. Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157 Original 250mcg'. This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better.
@@DrewTimmermansND really appreciate your advice. I will actually purchase the capsules you recommend. However I am allergic to gluten and dairy. I see the ingredients listed says "rice flour". Are these capsules allergen free? Thanks
To my knowledge they are allergen free. We have celiac patients take these capsules and they have not had any issues. But you will need to contact the company to inquire more if you have more concerns
I'm a 43 year old Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner, been doing it for 10 years. Have cervical issues, facet joint mild arthritis and degeneration in 3 discs. How would BPC 157 stacked WITH TB 500 help? Anyone with any experience?
It potentially could yes. To be quite honest though, we have been seeing even more impressive results with a product we started using about 3 months ago called StemRegen by Kalyagen. You can see the product link on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements. We have been using this more than BPC lately and seeing better results.
Hi I've been on bpc for a month for my shoulder ive ran tb 500 for 2 weeks . Shoulder and tennis elbow nearly healed . I have same problem with you with my back ive not noticed any change in my lower back yet . Gonna stay on for another month
@@BigFamilyBigLife How did it go? Any help on the pains? Someone YANKED me forward when I was standing in closed guard and since then (9 months ago) I’ve had pain when extending backwards

Can people that use benzo like Lorazepam bpc? or is this true that you lose feeling of joy that reported some people what is creepy?
@@DrewTimmermansND Thank you for the speedy response. What would be the dilution ration of BPC-157/Biowater? 1/1? 10 weeks ago I had rotator cuff surgery. Just started physical therapy. Looking to speed up my recovery time so I can get back into the gym. (upon dr. approval)
if your vial has 5mg of peptide in it, and you added 2.5mL into it, then your peptide is now 2mg/mL (which is the same as 2000mcg/mL). If you wanted 300mcg, you would need 15iu on your insulin needle.
I put 2mg of water in a 5mg bottle i take the insulin needle to the 2 mark which gives me 500mcg or 10 shots a vial 2 vials will last 20 days but may need up to 5 to get rid of injury. Anybody differ from this? I am new
always individualized, there is no set date. But if you're trying it for the first time we usually recommend 30-60 days to you can determine if it helps you or not.
The most common starting dose we use with patients is 500mcg, once per day on an empty stomach. The time of day doesn't really matter in our opinion. We normally have patients take BPC-157 for at least a month to determine if they see improvements, but sometimes it takes longer to see effects as tissue healing takes time. We then have patients continue on the BPC-157 for several months, and then we might trial taking them off to see if their symptoms remained improved or if they regress. If they regress, we put them back on it.
We usually recommend minimum 1 month to see if patient will see improvements. If they see improvements, we continue until they are no longer responding. Everyone will be unique
@@DrewTimmermansND ok thanks dr. much appreciated. so 30 days then. and if i still feel like i can make more improvements and im still responding after 30 days. what would be like the max time to safely take them. i just dont wanna over do it. wanna take full advantage of them though obviously?
If you have an active cancer diagnosis, do not take peptides and consult with your doctor. Outside of that, there isn't any literature to suggest that these compounds are cancer causing.
Is it possible to make a video on measuring this injection? I am getting so confused. Whats the best type of needle? Is bacteriostatic water necessary?
I personally don't treat gastritis anymore, but back when I was 4 years ago we had a few cases improve significantly, and one case with complete resolution and all we did was BPC-157
I listen to the man lab / The link you said you get your peptides from and they suggest far more bpc and tb500 than you’re saying is necessary. Can you explain?
labral tears are very tough to heal. A small percentage of our patients have seen improvements in pain with bpc-157 and tb500 for labral tears, but truthfully it's about 10-15%. We are most commonly using PRP and stem cells for this, as we need a stronger healing trigger than peptides
Yes it is! We've successfully gotten patients with labral tears back to doing what they want to do without surgery. If you'd like to explore working with us, please contact my clinic! regenerativeperformance.com
Yes, but you would need to travel to Arizona to work with me. If you'd like to explore this, please contact my office staff - regenerativeperformance.com/

1.5 iu twice a day is what I am currently taking with great results no negative side affects what so ever..I've after 2 weeks have increased my dose to 2iu..feeling great definitely less inflammation and better recovery..i had a sore throat, cold.the other day and took 2iu with my typical vitamins and supplements and honestly within an hour my throat was no longer sore and I felt fine..
Sounds like a logical use to me! If you aren't sure which brand to use, We use the InfiniWell brand as they use the arginate salt. We specifically use the Original Formula capsules without the SNAC.
