Standard Work is an approach and a method to set the efficient work procedure with no wasteful movement with a central focus on human movement for maintaining the safety, quality and production quantity. I’ll talk about how to proceed with Kaizen activities using Standard Work and important element to set Standard Work. Also I’ll talk about “Standard Work” and “Work Standard” which sound similar to each other. Standard Work is very important in order to produce good quality things efficiently.
