Had a stroke, I’ve had great fatigue and neuropathy, I was told to get my A1c down I’ve gotten it down to 6.3 and hopefully I can get it to six but ironically my Neuropathy pain has increased and so has my sizzling fatigue I call it. I feel like I’m carrying my own weight can’t seem to get that under control! Sometimes just pushing through exercise feels like I’m carrying another person through it. Your video though was motivational thank you though I wish somebody had an answer for this pain supposedly caused by neuropathy. They’ve given me medication‘s like gabapentin and Ellaville all of which have side effects that are exactly what I don’t want so I don’t take them. I don’t Side effects of the drugs are just as bad as what I have as a condition lol. Wish someone would find a cure other than drugs, but ironically when you stop the drugs pretty much all your symptoms come back. Exercise is good and much better than any drug but still not helping me get rid of the 24 seven pain , So I decided to pretend I’m going to have pain all the time and it’s part of my life and I’ll just have to deal with it.

Dr. I cannot see youffeet cos the shoes and tha mat both are black so it is not clear please put a ligjt colour mat and do the excersise

I actually discovered thisneuropathy treatment method t.co/gbnp0hUiib , I thought, nothing to lose. I will give it a try. After a couple of days of following the full program, I found some changes. Of all the treatment plans I have got, this is probably the one which has managed to strengthen my condition.?
