Can't reply to Dan? What's up with that YT? Dan, he's using Time-Stretch, and the footage is shot at 60fps - or with the level of blurring here, maybe 30 fps. No Twixtor-filled frames here. This is useful for generalised form (in fact, very useful!) but it doesn't show us what we REALLY need to see - which is what is happening just when the disc gets blurry and the gaps between frames is massive. Mike, if your camera shoots at 220 or 240 fps at just 240P - we would rather see pixelated 240P but see every tiny movement. I don't care if it takes 1 minute to see a single throw! The critical bit is your point of forearm acceleration due to elbow extension, followed by the disc pivot, and release. My captures at 220 fps show my individual fingers coming off the disc, if I film from below. Try that!
