Why are you not addressing what from my experience drives a lot of the behaviors that cause Obesity? The A.C.E. Study, Childhood Trauma is directly related to all kinds of health issues Obesity being one of them. I feel if Trauma is not addressed with some kind of therapy then what is unconsciously driving these health issues will be challenging to change.

Probably because that is not the majority of us. Trying to address that might help to reduce obesity for some, not the majority. It makes no sense that we have an obesity pandemic due to childhood trauma.

I have to disagree. Many obese people are not willing to change lifestyle even when they can, so yes, being obese is a choice.
