Not sure if you read these Mike, but if you do, thank you so much for these. My gains in the last year, since I started watching these, have gone through the roof. I realized after 15 years of training, that some of the shit I was doing, I was doing wrong. These instructional videos are gold!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Just to echo what's already been said, these videos are very much appreciated. For the guy (like me) just going to gym the cues are invaluable. There's literally almost no other way the regular guy would have access to real knowledge as opposed to the normal BS on social media.

Literally Just finished my arm workout an hour ago and the pump feels insane , this exercise is now a staple in my arm day and ever since I picked your triceps and biceps ques my arm day has been insanely painful in the best way , I was walking back home and all I can think about were you saying "build the pump and let it sit there" you are absolutely right about that , Thank you some much for your valuable information.

Blasted through bicep and tricep plateaus with this technique and the whole rocking into and riding the tension. Feels good after 15 years

The hanging bicep curl with a straight bar is my favorite bicep exercise nowadays, it just hits way different than the "regular" style.

After years of alternating, supinating and primarily using incline curls, this is now my primary curl. Ive had more progress in 2 months than years of incline and barbells.

A good one! This is actually useful for guys/gals having problem connecting/feeling their biceps. Most elements of this technique I’ve already found out myself and implemented into my training over the years, but I’ll try some more of those posture cues tomorrow, hoping that those will help me mitigate shoulder irritation especially during barbell curls.

Bro if u wanna curl heavy ur body naturally bend on sideways concentric u cant maintain texbook form just adjust form naturally after getting to a particular heavy weight

@@antonioluzba5815 That's what I told him but he says he's adopted Mike's way of movement into his everyday life. Like for instance he said when he cleans the cat boxes he locks on lat and then scoops, scoops, scoops, making sure to keep his arm off his body and rocking on the muscle.

How about don’t rock at all and stabilize the arm and actually initiate the tension at the bottom of the bicep to the top through a full tight rom The caliber of tension is poor and missing the target significantly which is the bicep by incorporating English for the full set
