After a delicious breakfast, we set off to explore Stanthorpe and its delicious local produce. First stop....strawberry picking, followed by Stanthorpe Cheese tastings. We swap lunch for eating some of Sutton's famous apple pie.. in an apple orchard. We stop at a roadside stall and buy a box of fresh local goodies to take home before we head back to Brissy. We really enjoyed this overnight trip to the Granite Belt Region and we hope you did too! We can't wait to go back and hit some of the many wineries next time! This region took us completely by surprise - there's so much to see, do and taste!!!

Hi, we're Beth & Paul from Brisbane, Australia and we love to travel!
Paul retired on 28th February 2020 and on the 1st March 2020, we set out on a 6-month adventure around South East Asia. This was a well-planned once-in-a-lifetime travel experience! It was our intention to show you how you can have a great time travelling without spending a fortune.
Our timing wasn't great - with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and subsequent global turmoil less than a month into our trip.
Until it is safe to travel internationally again, we turn our focus on travelling around Australia and sharing everything our beautiful country has to offer!
